Everything - very stylish, comfortable hotel, excellent staff attention, best menu we'd seen in 2 months in India - good food. Postion c.10mins from the airport and they efficiently sorted a 4am driver to carry us there. Daytime, a 20min tuktuk ride to the city centre/Napier Museum/Zoo complex. For the quality, not overpriced. Would thoroughly recommend.

Saranjith helped us making decisions on our Kerala tour, made reservations and added value by sharing his knowledge about the region. Akhila, is the sweetest person. Checked in at 4am after 15 hours of travel- the comfy room was exactly what I needed to feel well rested the next day. The bed was probably the largest Ive ever seen. Very comfy. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, hotel also allowed me to check out late which was appreciated.
