I wasn't the one who booked the hotel so I didn't have any expectations. Instead, the hotel was super cute and there were so many things to see and explore. Can't wait to go back in summer to enjoy all the outdoor facilities. The hot tea and cookies at the reception are also appreciated when you just step in from the cold. Breakfast was awesome and of high quality. The bed decorated with folded towels was a nice touch too.

I had to travel to Bolzano for work. I booked this hotel last minute (little reviews, found out they are new to booking as the new owners just took over and are revamping an old hotel) but was surprised to find it peaceful and relaxing. Big parking space on its premises, I had a room with views of the mountain and could relax during my time there... I will say, not a fancy modern hotel but closer to your local mountain experience... I liked it!

Beautifully peaceful & nothing was too much hassle- the staff were attentive & accommodating. We were comfortable here and we got some great sleep here. Breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. Surroundings were blissful & my partner loved using the pools and sauna/ steam room facilities.

The automatic pellets fireplace in the room makes the evening nice and cosy. We stayed with our dog, and they covered the couch with extra blankets to explicitly allow him to to sleep on the couch. The view from the balcony was great, too. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Hotel is conveniently set on lovely town main square, easy to find. We were offered to park in underground garage on nearby location and were personally guided there by charming young lady. We had nice a la carte dinner on the cosy hotel terrace. Breakfast offered was rich and tasty selection of local specialties. Room was nicely furnished, bed very comfy. Staff of the facility spot on, remarkable performace and real feel good experience. This is the place we would like to visit again.

    Great starting point for any tour (bike, trekking, motorbike) in the Dolomite. The breakfast is simple fantastic: wide range of fruits, cheese, eggs (scrambled, fried, with or without ham), marmalade, butter, margarine, yoghurt, etc. Great wines from the bar in the evening. The garden is beautiful, the 15 m long stone paved swimming pool has a warm water. and we enjoyed it after a long, hot days. All staff are very - very kind. Easy parking.

    Lovely place and nice staff. Rooms are clean and beds are nice and not hard. The swimming pool is nice and the little bar makes it easy to get a drink for kids and adults.
