Good location right next to the beach, the property is very well maintained, the houses are beautiful and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent and different every day. We kept on extending our stay and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back and recommend the property to our friends and family.

We had an amazing stay at Zarafa house. The house is perfectly clean, furnished with good taste and super well entertained. It is very calm and has a chill relaxing vibe. It is not too far from Diani beach (10 mins walk with a nice path in the bushes) and close to all the restaurants by tuck tuck (very cheap and available all the time). Plenty of details make this place stand out (towels always available for the swimming pool, nice shampoo, water fountain…). Ann is such a great host and her staff is lovely. She was always ready to give good advice and super helpful at anytime. To make it even more perfect she prepares delicious breakfast, fresh and different every day. It is also possible to organise yoga classes! I highly recommend this beautiful place!!

I wish I could have stayed longer at Hera Hostel! The place is so chill and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were super clean. The shared bathroom was very convenient, and I rarely bumped into other guests. The pets are so funny and cute—they definitely added to the charm! The location is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the staff is amazing. They gave me all the tips to get around, plus contacts for motorbikes, tuktuks, and taxis. I really hope I’ll be back soon!

Our single bed suite had a great view of the ocean and the beach nearby. The beach on the property is a small stretch of sand among the cliffs, so it's a fun place to swim and enjoy the surf that reaches the shore at high tide.

The location suits a traveler who seeks experiences over ease of access. Had a pleasant couple of hours around the 'Africa Pool' with an acquaintance of the property caretaker who in fact was the best guide to the area. It is a peaceful place and has its own rustic allure. The caretaker did try accommodate my requests as much as he could.

Pool area was reasonably good and our room, Mapenzi was in an excellent position. Some staff were excellent, Faoud on reception and Akini in the restaurant, the rest needed to do some actual work! Beautifully quiet and peaceful.

This resort is in an idyllic location away from it all. It needs a bit of attention here and there on the property but that work is being done. The “honeymoon” cottage we had was superb and we had the pool to ourselves. The food was good and the staff of which there are many were lovely. The two trips - the walk to the Africa Pool and to Starfish Island by boat were good. If you’re looking for a quite great place to stay - this is it.

The owners; "a lady" and “Collins”are kind and helpful. They did their best for us. They prepared the pool. The shower is hot. Wi-Fi speed is very good. The area of the Villa is green and beautiful. It is pinned exactly in the Google map. The villa has separate rooms with private bathrooms, but the kitchen and hall are shared. "Collins" is a very nice and great man. He takes care of everything.
