The most beautiful thing in this hotel, is the welcoming specially the guy in the reception Joe Khori who was very nice, kind and supportive. On the other hand, the hotel is very clean, pool is amazing, service is supper nice. I will definitely book again in the same hotel when im visiting Lebanon 🇱🇧 again

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!

This brand new hotel is stunning and very clean. The pool was a beautiful spot, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The valet team was super quick, too. What really stood out was the staff. Mona, Grace & Hassan were amazing and helped me with everything I needed!

    The location. the greenery you are surrounded with. The fascinating pool in the middle of the nature. The attention to detail and most pf all is the great customer service and the amazing staff ready to help and go the extra mile. The place is fascinating and magical. So serene and out of the norm.

    I had an amazing stay at Scappa Resort! The staff was welcoming, and the rooms have stunning views. Loved the Infinity Pool and the delicious dining options, especially the breakfast buffet. Perfect place for a luxury getaway. Highly recommend!
