If you are looking for a quiet homestay in the middle of nature very close to a river and two of the forest reserve entrances, please choose Vini Villa. Being a solo traveller, I really appreciated Vini's and his family's friendliness and hospitality. They will always make sure to cater to their guests' every needs. Food was plentiful and delicious. Vini, the owner, is also very knowledgeable about the forest and animals that live around his home village and will be happy to show you around the rain forest and its many wonders if you wish so. I really enjoyed my time at Vini Villa's for 10 days and the many hikes I went on in the forest and around the village. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was hard to say bye to Vini and his lovely family.

Amazing host, showed us a lot, very kind. Took us to tea factory, hike, buddist temple, played cricket, explained a lot of things. Had an amazing time there. Delicius food.

beautiful location, very peaceful, lovely natural pool, river also runs by the property. The rooms were large and very comfortable,the ceiling fan worked very well,each room had it's own terrace with seating,my room even had a table and chairs to give me the option of eating there if I wanted to.The food was great, even enjoyed a BBQ with a lovely fire nearby, could be a lovely romantic evening had my husband traveled with me. Wonderful place for families or friends, there is a boat with paddles for hours of fun in the river. I spent four nights and it was very hard to leave such a beautiful place.

What a wonderful place and a great adventure. We love the location, the little house is super clean, no mosquitoes and the best natural swimming pool. The food is amazing and the owners very sweet and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it to the moon and back. Highly recommended. Also the organized guided tours delivered more than we could hope for.

Best expirence you will have in sri lanka ! First of all the house itself is a peace of art ! You can see the hostes think of every small detail and alot ofoney was invested to make sure gusstes are happy ! From the uniqe decoration to the tje built of the house and matireals of huge stones and wood all over rhe house huge speaker system the mosf beautofull jungle view i had ever seen ! And most importent the hosts ! Lovely couple that you can feel the love and hospitalety they give to the guestes from high qualify diverss meales made by a chef how is the owner to the rides trips and all requesr we had they did more then we ever expected and with a huge smile every timr !! Surly the besf faciliys best foid best view and best hospitalety i had ever recived ! No words will be enoghu ! Thank you jani and malu ! We are for sure going to be your guestes soon !
