Voile Bleue is a small hotel located near the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and our room was kept very clean. While a hotel is relatively small, there was almost always a free sunbed near the swimming pool and there was never a problem with parking space. Location is good for anyone interested in the northern and western parts of Mauritius, though access to the south and east may take some time and require a car. Be aware that the beach ahead of the hotel is not for swimming due to a rocky bottom, but one can swim at the nice artificial lagoon ahead of the next hotel and also some beautiful public beaches are a short bus or car ride away.

One of the biggest highlights was the surprise they prepared for us after our proposal—it was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more magical! To top it all off, they upgraded us to a premium apartment, which was stunning, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. The food was outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What made it even more special was that they personally asked for our preference between fish or scampi for dinner, ensuring we had the best possible dining experience.
