Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. It's excellent for a family or a couple that are looking for a relaxing place. It has all the necessary amenities of a 4 star hotel. There is not extravagance but it's a suitable place with ample space. The bungalow we took with spacious and clean. The air-conditioning worked perfect. The private beach was good for swimming and snorkeling. The equipment provided by the resort for the snorkeling were good. Hotel deals with tour companies that can arrange activities in nearby cities. Food was good. Quantity was not big but we liked that there is no waste. The massage area was good overlooking the sea with some privacy if needed. We really enjoyed the experience. We also admired the Staff and their friendliness. We loved the fact that the resort provided opportunity to the locals and that the staff do multiple jobs. Everyone receives you with a big smile and is willing to help. Our stay in Dolphin House was great and we will definitely consider it if we come back with the kids.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at Berni's. Berni and Janice (and their 5-year-old son Sebastian) are friendly, helpful and absolutely hospitable, it felt like family staying with them! The location is 800m off the bustling touristy main street of Moalboal and we like how peaceful and quiet it is. We stayed for 4 nights. We had a moped accident on our third day, and Janice's experience as a midwife/nurse was a huge blessing to us. We are so grateful to have her tend to our wounds and patch us up. Their warmth and care made our already comfortable stay even more special. We also liked their open guest kitchen with cooking utensils, fridge and free water. We bought our supplies for breakfast from the supermarket and enjoyed it on the terrace. Everything was kept clean by guests and staff members. We also used their pool, which is nice and cleaned regularly by a pool robot. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We liked everything about this small cozy place. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is amazing and really makes you feel at home. We loved the small pool and the beautiful garden surrounding the rooms. We had the big family room which is huge and equipped with three queen sized beds. The hotel makes good breakfast but not lunch or dinner. For us this was no problem as we like to walk and it takes a 10 min walk to get to the Main Street with a lot of restaurants. We especially liked the El Mercado which is a street food court where you can get all different types of food. The hotel also offers to bring Thai food from a close by restaurant. If you like a small cozy place, away from all the chaos and noise, with a truly warm and homely feeling this is the place to be in Moalboal. We would definitely come back 🫶
