The front desk staff upon check in was incredibly courteous. The room was comfortable, quiet, and easy to navigate. The spa was fabulous. The pool was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The amenities available in the spa were excellent. I had a massage and it was calming. The breakfast option was delicious.

This hotel is outstanding. Service is professional yet friendly, attentive and efficient (especially Merita). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are great and have something for everyone. The on-site restaurant has a delicious range of food. Breakfast has a good range of choices and the food is tasty and of good quality.

The hotel only opened a couple of months ago and it is utterly immaculate. The rooms are ultra nice. The bedding so comfortable, the pool/spa/gym out of this world. Wonderful.

We really liked the staff ( owner), the hospitality could not be topped. We were there during bad weather and the owner was always cooperative and had no problem with us checking in late. Very helpful. Everything was explained and shown to us, there is a separate restaurant in the courtyard to have breakfast which is prepared from the staff themselves on site. There are several parking spaces in front of the entrance. The garden is beautiful and the pool very clean. The rooms are very clean, big, open and very beautiful we never booked this beautiful of a room. The hotel, the staff and the atmosphere feels homely. We are very satisfied and will definitely book again for ourselves or our guests.

I really appreciated the warm and friendly staff, especially Arta, who made us feel truly welcome. This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The reception at the hotel pool was excellent, with an incredible team providing outstanding service. The breakfast service was also remarkable, with very kind and attentive staff making the mornings even more enjoyable. I also loved the fact that someone came to iron our clothes directly in the room – such an amazing service! The room was very comfortable, perfectly clean, and overall, I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Thank you for the amazing staff!
