They immediately took a reservation for dinner at their restaurant and were very helpful with my dietary restrictions (vegan). I enjoyed being able to watch tennis on tv in the lobby and in my room. Everything was clean and comfortable, I would have stayed longer if I had the time.

During the season, guests can enjoy the private beach, its restaurant and bar. Sud De France TGV Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Everything about to stay was exceptional from check in to check out. Breakfast was fabulous with a massive selection of fresh produce. Dinner was exceptional and the beach bar entertainment and ambience incredible. Incredible staff.

All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a a dishwasher and coffee machine. Some units feature a dining area and/or a terrace. This nature experience of the local trees and pines with fantastic beaches was incredible. It was the best food we tasted for a local chef and the recycling program for guests to participate was outstanding. From big crowded city to a serene quiet preserve was much needed by our group of friends.

Pascal and his team have made our trip to Le Thor one we will never forget. What a great host and absolutely the prime location if you want to experience the countryside of France. The rooms are huge and cozy, they feel like royalty rooms. The breakfast included was amazing: fruits, yogurt, bread, etc. Definitely worth it to pay extra for the spa - it just adds so much to the overall experience. Lastly, Pascal made sure we had the best stay - we didn’t have a car so he helped arrange for our cabs and restaurants. We feel very nostalgic looking back at our stay. If there is an accommodation that has set a high standard for us - it is Les Carmes. <3

I liked the open bath area, and the balcony with a pool view. The hotel is close to the train station (7-8 min walk, it is on a hill). It was perfect to visit San Sebastian. I recommend it.

We stayed in a unit at the back of the house that was decorated beautifully. Very quick and close walk to the Main Street which we could walk and be in the pedestrian area filled with shops and restaurants and beautiful architecture in less than minutes. Quick access to tram line. Able to park our car safely and privately. Lovely hosts with an amazing fresh breakfast every morning. Very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would love to come back to Bordeaux as 2 nights was not enough to see this beautiful city and area. Thank you for having us. ❤️🇫🇷

The property has a heated swimming pool as well as unusual accommodation. Very nice and helpful owners. Communal kitchen for campers is very welcoming.
