The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I was with my Mother as a treat, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. we ate dinner at the hound restaurant, food was fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, even though we were close to the lobby it wasn’t noisy.

Guests can relax in the sauna or enjoy a swim in the 16m swimming pool. Basically I enjoyed everything. My room was nice and clean, nicely decorated, had all amenities required by 4* hotel. Wifi was stable and fast. The hotel prepared also breakfast to go before my day trip. Breakfast was also great, good choice, just missing some fresh vegetable. I had also lunch and dinner in the lobby and it was also tasty. Just not that big variety, but I stayed just 2 nights, so for me okay. Anyway the hotel has a very good vibe!

Attended a recent wedding in the hotel. The venue, staff and food was exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful, a lovely menu of hot breakfast choices to choose from, along with fresh juice. Food was a little slow, although it gave time to enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy the selection of yogurt, bread and pastries.

The Leisure Centre boasts a 17 metre swimming pool, a gym, steam room and jacuzzi with a smaller splash pool for younger children. Oasis Spa offers a range of treatments, pre-booking of appointments is essential. A fantastic property that overawes you as you enter the gates. The hotel is very well designed and the rooms are great. One should have sufficient time to enjoy the peroperty as it has a lot to offer. The restaurant was packed and obviously well thought of. Ask at the reception for sightseeing spots. We were at Tintern Abbey, it was beautiful
