The rooms are spotless and spacious, with beautiful balconies overlooking the sea. The pool area and sauna is a fantastic bonus! A special mention goes to Danijela at the reception—she is truly outstanding! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm smile and helpful attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and making our stay even more enjoyable. Her hospitality is a rare find and deserves all the praise! We will definitely be returning to Villa Bellevue Portorož and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Slovenia. The resort residing at the marina is ít a very convenient location. There is a restaurant belonging to it, that provides a great breakfast, possible to choose from a lot of options, and they are all worth it. There is a bar called Wakanda at the other end of the marina functioning as a beach as well, with cocktails and all sort of drinks, with a great sea view. The entry to the Laguna pool is free of charge for the resort residents, it's a great addition. The marina staff and of the restaurant as well is super kind and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay.

We received a wonderful welcome from Mirjana, who greeted us with a glass of her fine Teran and we felt instantly at home. Skerlj is a historic wine estate which goes back six generations to 1788; our room was cosy and full of character with beautiful old furniture. Delicious breakfasts with homemade eggs, local jams and honeys etc. Mirjana gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner both nights. A lovely place to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere with the friendly cats and elderly dog. Thoroughly recommended, we can’t wait to return!

Featuring a roof terrace with a private hot tub and a sun terrace with sun loungers, Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX is located in Marina Portorož. It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.
