The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and consistently helpful, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like a five-star experience. The property was impeccably clean in every area, from the entrance to the rooftop, which left a lasting impression. Having traveled extensively across Europe and Asia and experienced many different hotels, I can confidently say that this hotel stands out for both its service and its standards. Although officially rated as four stars, the overall experience was undoubtedly five-star quality.

This might become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Riyadh. The atmosphere is impeccable. Very comfy and relaxing. Quiet place. Love how clean it is. It’s rare that I can relax in a hotel as I do at home. This hotel feels like home and I especially like how clean the rooms and bathrooms are. The breakfast was excellent and versatile. The waiter Zuhair was on top of it. The best service I’ve had in a while

    Madina Munawara is truly a peaceful and welcoming city that radiates serenity the moment you arrive. The people are incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, always greeting visitors with genuine respect and care — you immediately feel at home. The infrastructure and facilities for pilgrims and tourists are excellent, with smooth transport connections, organized crowd management, and plenty of clean, well-maintained public spaces. There are many hotels just steps away from Masjid Nabwi, catering to all budgets and offering easy access for both men and women. The mosques throughout Madina are beautifully designed, each reflecting the city’s deep spiritual heritage. Visiting Masjid Nabwi is an unforgettable experience — the calm atmosphere, the spiritual energy, and the Rawda (the Prophet’s resting place ﷺ) leave you deeply moved.     Riyadh it’s a King city historical and very valuable.. to whom like to visit the city you have to be open-minded about the culture and respect they rules.. not everybody speak English there so make sure you know what you want to do (writing down the information) before you going out from your hotel.

    Less of a party town than Dubai which is great for cultural travellers. Its a serene and gentle city with all the facilities a traveller requires. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Looking forward to the opening of Zayed National Museum, the outside looks stunning.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.
