Staying here was such a wonderful experience!! Everything was as described or even better: very nice and comfortable tent, clean toilets, amazing food (and so much variety and quantity that it's hard to try it all!) and outstanding service from everyone at the camp (Riad and Marwan were in charge of our stay and always took care that everything went well, but really everyone was so professional and friendly that it was a pleasure!). The activities that are included were great too (we didn't book any extras as we just wanted to enjoy the programme without rushing), and we liked that you get plenty of free time to do them and to enjoy the camp as you wish and at your pace. Another plus for us was the fact that the pick up point is easily reachable with public transport (bus number 16, around one hour ride to connect to the metro in Dubai), so if you're not in a hurry you don't need to take a taxi or have a car. It's just important to know that the place is indeed "touristy" and, due to the location close to Dubai and its airport, not really isolated in the desert, but instead of that you get a very well organised, safe and professional stay, which in our case even exceeded our expectations. All in all, we can absolutely recommend this experience, especially staying overnight (which we found much nicer than only spending a few hours)! It was definitely a highlight of our stay in the UAE and we really hope we can repeat it!! 😊

From the arrival till checkout the whole staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool is really nice and the overall look of the resort is very appealing. Also, everything was clean and working!

The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay!

The villa was fantastic! It was modern, luxurious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, stylish furniture, a BBQ, a fireplace, and a small waterfall outside. The host was very responsive and helpful. The community pool was excellent and never crowded, and the community centre with a grocery store and restaurants was just a 3-minute drive away. The free waterpark for residents, only 10 minutes away, was a great addition!

The food (buffet breakfast) was always great. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ola and Adnan. Very clean and well organised room. I never for once even asked for anything in my room. Everything I needed would be in place without me asking. From welcome gift to water, tea, towels, linens, toiletries etc. In fact, I always come back to meet my room neatly cleaned, thanks to Dawood. The hotel is well secured and in a serene area with little to no surrounding noise. Receptionists and security personnel always at post and were very helpful too. I love Pyramisa Hotel Apartments in Dubai. And oh! I almost forgot to mention the nice and sweet perfumery smell in the towels, bed sheets and my room.
