The staff were lovely and went above and beyond helping us out. The room was great, bed was big and very comfortable. There is a late checkout which is really useful and gave us an opportunity have a good morning activity, before heading to the airport in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here next time we visit Dubai.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is.     This is an absolute gem! Staff is super helpful, approachable and kind. Lovely hotel design where you can also take some nice pictures. Lay out is great as we are not talking about a tall building, simply ground and first floor making it all quite easy to navigate on top of that feeling of having space not everything cramped up. The rooms are extremely comfortable with very good bedding, enough space for storage, very well laid out bathrooms, all the necessary amenities. One gets more bottles of water then ever needed and that is great - on top of that the hotel opts for glass over plastic bottles in the rooms which is very positive. Cleaning wise, top notch. The adult pool separated from the general pool and the dedicated kids pool are great options. The restaurants are quite good, the breakfast buffet is of top quality, the private dining experiences are also a great idea. There are various activities one can chose from and were worth doing them. The feeling of relaxation and distance from all the busy madness of the city is just great.

    Definitely recommended. Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai has everything in order. The welcome is good, the rooms are nicely decorated and kept constantly clean (as are the pool and beach) and the staff are extremely helpful. Especially Allister and his team around the pool ensure that you lack nothing. The breakfast is good and the poolside menu is extensive. The resort is not far from the Dubai Mall and all other places can be easily reached by taxi.

    The hotel itself is pretty cool, the location is amazing and everything is very close. The food and breakfast was amazing. The rooftop restaurant is good with amazing views.     This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

I'd highly recommend, creating your itinerary prior too arrival, to save you time in traffic and try to stay in the one area. The metro does make it easy to get around and hit all the 'must see,' sights or uber works well too.

    A safe and excellent place to stay.

    A safe and excellent place to stay. It has World-Class Shopping and Entertainment. you can find a variety of food if you are a food lover. My recommendation is not to visit during May to September due to Dubai’s high temperatures.
