We were given the most incredible two-bedroom apartment with a private pool on the 44th floor, offering an unreal panoramic view of Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. I still can’t believe my luck! Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. His kindness, attentiveness, and incredible dedication to his work make him an exceptional person and a true asset to this hotel. Leaving is heartbreaking—I truly have tears in my eyes! Great location for a 2 night stopover as so close to the airport. As we have previously lived in Dubai, we didn't need to be near the tourist spots, so this area was perfect for us. Staff were all lovely and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Bonus was having access to the lagoon - get there early to get a sunbed! It's an area that is still under construction, so there is a bit of noise, but nothing that impacted our stay. There is a walk along the creek you can do that has stunning views looking back towards the centre of Dubai, especially at sunset.

"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!

The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Beautiful beaches, amazing places, and a stunning marina. A yacht trip around Dubai — especially near Atlantis — is a must! So many great attractions, though a few tourist traps too, but overall an unforgettable experience. The fountain show and the Burj Khalifa are truly impressive and absolutely worth seeing. It’s also worth visiting the Dubai Frame which really surprised us in a good way. Museum of the future 4of 10. And don’t miss the Old Town — it has a completely different atmosphere. You can take a small boat across to the other side for just one dirham, but be careful — some people might try to overcharge you. And of course, I almost forgot the desert safari — an amazing experience. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Yes, it’s very touristy and crowded, but driving over the dunes does exactly what it’s supposed to do — it’s thrilling! Experiencing it at sunset is even better. Definitely a must-do. Atlantis Water Park is fantastic — a great place to spend an entire day. However, it’s almost essential to get the fast track passes, as the queues can be incredibly long. Dubai makes a huge impression as a city. It’s truly amazing and definitely worth visiting.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Dubai is a lively and energy filled city. There are so many lovely cafes and restaurants and lots to do. The malls are great for shopping or just hanging out. The traffic this time was crazy and the usual 10-12 minute trips took 55-60 minutes which was inconvenient and painful. Some needs to be

It is a great and dynamic place, there is always people and cars everywhere ! Dubai doesnt sleep till 3 am ! :) Its very clean and shopping is just unlimited. Everyone is in a hurry in Dubai. Its a nation on the march !! I found the cars apply their horns too much. Even the microseconds of waiting is not tolerated ! You come across all nationalities in Dubai, its a cultural melting pot. Loved my stay !
