Great customer service by all Staff led by Max the Hotel Manager Room was spacious and Bed was very firm and comfortable. Breakfast made by Head Chef Rambo and team was cooked to a high standard. We particularly appreciate the welcome first of all, every staff member is so smiling and kind! This is naturally followed by an exceptional quality of service, even in Dubai. The rooms are awesome, and so is the pool. What we prefer and what is absolutely unique to Dubai is the breathtaking view of the Dubai skyline. A true cocoon of rest away from the city's tumults.
