It was a unique experience. a very modern feel to the whole experience. The staff Stood out for me. They've been Friendly and extremely welcoming. The service at the restaurant is also exceptional in terms of how the staff interacted with us and the food service was very fast. The facility is still new, clean and has very modern styling. The location - being directly on the walk JBR also adds to the experience. Cove beach, which was available to us as ROVE JBR guests is also a fantastic place to be in. The atmosphere is top and the food we had (sushi) was very good.

I loved this hotel greatly! It has a lot of greenery, beautiful and warm pools, the beach, several restaurants. We upgraded for the room with Lagoon access. In the morning my daughter (1,5 old) was swimming with me in the main pool, but in the afternoon we were swimming in the lagoon and taking a shower immediately after. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The coffee and variety of tea are great. Our bottle of water were refilled several times a day. We enjoyed the breakfast. Special thanks to the chef who cooked chicken soup for the baby daughter every morning. She is very picky with the food but she loved the soup greatly. We enjoyed the beach and the beach restaurant with kids menu. Also we went to the promenade outside the hotel along the palm. There is also a small shop in the hotel that sells grocery. We bought some fruit pure there and milk for the baby. Everything is perfect at this hotel and I am really happy that we chose it. Hope to come back

All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

I liked it all except Global Village.

I liked it all except Global Village. I liked the cruise on the canal as well as Dubai mall. I ate in the English pub next to my hotel and by the pool. I was alone so I thought I could get away by eating fast food. Dubai is not that easy to get around as some places are far from the metro so then a taxi or Uber costs more. As I was alone I would say the theatre Dubai frame mall etc was great. I did not make it to Jumeirah beach and Atlantis hotel and few other places simply because I did not have enough days there. I shall revisit.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

I've been to dubai severally and due to the love I have for it in 2020 I encouraged my niece to choose it for her destination wedding and more than 30 of my family and friends were there for about 8 days . But this visa restrictions really caused my family alot of pain during my last visit in August because we had once again chosen Dubai for our family reunion but sadly despite meeting all the layer down requirements, out of 14 people that applied for a tourist visa, only 5 visas were granted. It messed everything up for us and deprived us from spending time together as planed . All those coming in from UK , Canada and the UK who didn't need entry visas had all bought their tickets including some people from Nigeria. It was so depressing because even my elder brother who applied to travel with his wife and 2 children only had his wife's visa approved despite having uk, USA and Canada visas . But of course she couldn't go with the rest of her family. Please something needs to be done. Some of us are very responsible and abide by all laid down rules and regulations of our host country. I will really appreciate if the government can look into this thru the appropriate agency. Other than this, Dubai for me is the most beautiful place in the world.

A fantastic place to visit and it will make you want to live there permanently. I don’t drink so the lack of a pub culture is no problem for me. I will be coming back in April/May next year. I still have another two weeks here (4 in total) so will be doing a little more sightseeing,
