Everything was absolutely amazing, there was few missing things, but it wasn’t intruding our stay at all, it’s the first year for this hotel, they have time to improve 😊 resume I recommend this hotel to everyone, gorgeous view, good soundproofing, huge shower, and what we really liked very much, is that there is screen showing room cleaners if we want to clean room or not to disturb, you just press touchscreen and thats all, no paper cards allways deciding to lost some where😀 also it’s a good location for those who like not overcrowded places, it’s not centre, but there are beautifull now overcrowded beaches close to you, only ten minutes to walk, and if tou want to reach centre it’s also only 15mins to walk, better not use car in Ksamil, because there are traffics everyday and you walk faster😊

It was perfect. The hotel is not too big and has a swimming pool with relaxing beds. The rooms are very clean.the personel very friendly and the breakfast is very very good. It is 2 minutes walk to the sea and everywhere are nice restaurants and bars.

Our host was very helpful and professional, he tried to fulfill all our requests! The view from the third floor was beautiful The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the cleanliness was impeccable , every day a nice lady came and cleaned our room!     The hotel gave a great first impression; neat, clean and with a friendly staff. They were service oriented and very attentive to our needs. They made sure we had a pleasent stay. The included breakfast was great. The restaurant offered delicious meals to an affordable price. I would absolutely recommend enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant! Everything we needed was within walking distance; multiple beaches, markets, shops, bars and restaurants. We had an extraordinary view of the sunset from our room. We were very happy with our stay.

    Wow, what a stay! The apartments are in a FABULOUS location directly next to a beautiful beach with an absolutely stunning sunset. Super close to lots of restaurants and beach clubs too. The balcony was so pretty with the grape vines and the tree, it felt magical, like we were in a tree house! We were a small family of four with two adults, 1 child and a baby and the size of the apartment was perfect for a short stay. We would absolutely come back again, we loved it. Stela who met us to hand over the keys was so lovely - thanks so much Stela!

    The view...let's start with the view 😍 a real gem! We found the hotel easily. Indoor free parking, nice clean rooms. The restaurant is on a terrace overlooking the beach, which is two steps away. The food is superb - Stella is a masterchef - fresh, delicious seafood. The hosts are cordial and hospitable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us touch the beauty of Albania in this warm way ❤️

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of...

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

    Ksamil is a very beautiful resort with numerous stunning beaches and crystal-clear azure waters. There are plenty of quality restaurants offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The only drawback is that almost all beach spots are paid, meaning you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The cheapest spots started at around €15 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, while more premium locations charged €30 to €40 per set. Luxury cabana-style spots could cost up to €70 per day. Almost everywhere accepted euros, so it was not necessary to exchange money into the local currency. Alternatively, you could pay in euros and receive change in the local currency (Albanian lek). On average, €1 was equivalent to about 95–96 lek.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean. Renting sunbeds/umbrellas can be quite pricy. If you go in the afternoon they would charge you the same price on some beaches. Driving in Ksamil can be quite hectic. The streets are quite narrow and not all the streets have pavements and on streets where they are present either they are taken up by shops or else the people do not use the land walk in the middle of the road. Be careful if you are driving there especially during rush hour and parking is not easy. The restaurants are really good. We tried a lot of them and the food is delicious and most of them have very reasonable prices. We were always treated nicely from the staff.
