No, it’s not à la carte – but every chef and kitchen assistant gives their heart and soul, and it shows! We really don’t understand how some people leave negative reviews. Of course, you can’t please everyone – but for us, it was perfect. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. And the pool area? Simply amazing! Super clean, relaxing, and every evening there were beautiful activities for the kids – one night movie night, another night dancing, then painting and crafts with the children… just so sweet and full of love. Special shoutout to the pool bar – wow! Every team member there had their own charm. The young woman in the morning was always funny and full of good vibes, making our day start with a laugh – and her cocktails were on point! And the man working in the evening? Despite all the stress and busy moments, he always stayed so friendly, calm and kind – and made the best cocktails. Just wow! The atmosphere is very luxurious, yet comfortable and welcoming. Everything was spotless – the cleaning staff do an amazing job keeping both the rooms and common areas perfectly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. From check-in to departure, they were always polite, helpful, and even showed us around the hotel. Service really makes a difference here. The food was another highlight – a wide variety of dishes, always fresh and delicious, with something for every taste. Even though the main restaurant was under renovation during my stay, the hotel had informed me in advance when I booked, which shows great transparency and professionalism. Facilities were excellent: sauna, spa, massage services, and even a quiet relaxation room included. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach, and several bars around the property so you’re never far from a drink or snack. It’s also a fantastic place for families with kids. Every day there were activities, entertainment, and mascots that children really enjoyed. This makes it easy for parents to relax while the little ones are having fun. I also felt very safe during my entire stay – no issues at all. Prices were very reasonable considering the luxury experience offered. Overall, this hotel combines cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and great facilities at a fair price. Tirana is a typical busy capital city with horrific traffic jams and it's a case of crossing your fingers as you try to cross the road. Found a great cafe bar Noor which we highly recommend. The market in the square is very overpriced and there's constant banging music. Hidden gem.
Hidden gem. Pellumbas is only 30 min from Tirana bud it is actually beautiful small village with superb views, especially during sunset. Hiking treks are in nearby mountains, one trek leads to huge interesting cave and start directly frim the village center. Local people are very warm and welcoming. Tirana is an exciting, rapidly improving city, with a lot of things to see, vivid culture, old, socialist, and modern architecture, but also many green spots, trees, parks. The best way to get around is walking, public transport is by bus, and you can get stuck in traffic. There are also city bikes, that could be useful. I feel like going back and exploring more places, other districts of the city, the Lake Park, the mountains around, the Dajti mountain for example. I stayed for 2 days and booked a half day bus tour to Bovilla Lake in advance. It's inexpensive here, the sea is beautiful, but there are no attractions. And the biggest problem is cleanliness. There is a lot of trash on the beach, a lot of open trash cans, in some places it stinks of sewage, and in one place something is leaking from a large pipe right onto the sand on the beach. If you stay at a good hotel, you may not notice any of this. After almost 2,000 km traveled by car in nearly 30 hours due to countless traffic jams, we managed to arrive home without other problems, but of course extremely tired—yet with beautiful memories, to which you also contributed with your kindness and the valuable advice you gave us. We learned, with your help, that Albania is a beautiful country, still in a period of reconstruction, full of wonderful and hardworking people, always ready to help you with everything they can. But perhaps the most important thing is that they have not forgotten that Romanians and Albanians have been, and still are, brothers. We are connected by both past and present. The first thing that surprised us about our host was the outstanding cleanliness we found inside the apartment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with absolutely everything necessary, air conditioning in every room as well as in the kitchen, clean bed sheets, immaculate white towels, etc. It has happened to me to stay in luxury hotels and not find this level of perfection. About the hosts, we have only words of praise. Even before our arrival, they checked if we were all right, if anything had happened, and during our entire stay they were always there for us—at any hour—through WhatsApp and even through Mr. Nardi himself coming to the apartment in person, even though they live quite a distance away. We were pleasantly surprised that we even had free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. At our departure, they even offered to help us if we needed anything.
