- From US$188.10 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 553 reviewsGot an Upgrade to Las Hayas Ushuaia Resort due to Renovation. This Hotel ist really an outstanding 5-star Resort With an excellent kitchen chief and his Crew. The dishes really can compete With international 5-star cuisine worldwide. Got the room With the best view over the entire Ushuaia city and Beagle channel. During my Stage got some 10cm snow which really felt Like winterwonderland@christmas. Also the SPA was almost private and State to the Art, despite ongoing Renovation on the Main pool. Definitely worth every Peso and For sure will come back once i will Make this Long journey again to the End of the world!Guest review byReneSwitzerland
- From US$369 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 830 reviewsBeautifully constructed with quality wood finishes and furniture. The view over the Beagle Channel was breathtaking. The staff were great. While the hotel is a little outside Ushuaia, perched on a hill, the hotel shuttle is very efficient and Uber service was excellent and fares were reasonable. A beautiful gym.Guest review byBarringtonIreland

The end of the world is well worth a visit.
The end of the world is well worth a visit. If you don't plan to go skiing, 3-4 days are enough to see the main spots. I wouldn't recommend a longer stay as there is not that much to see. Great restaurants available, I would definitely recommend Paso Garibaldi, amazing dinner there. You need to do a boat tour of Beagle canal, seeing the Sea lions, penguins, birds, Faro Les Eclaireurs, it's a must. Nice hike up to Glaciar Martial. The Train of the end of the world and the National Park are great adventures. Overall, a great trip I would recommend, but I preferred other spots in Patagonia, especially Bariloche.Guest review byFrankLuxembourg - 6.0

Rio Grande is another industrial Argentinian city that provides a place to stop along Ruta 3 on your way to or from Ushuaia. The city itself has limited attractions for tourists, other than some interesting museums, including one dedicated to veterans of the Malvinas (Falklands) war. The city beaches are not too inviting, with strong winds and currents dissuading any bathers on the mid-summer day I visited. I dined at a local cafe called Tante Sara Cafe & Resto just off the main Avenue San Martin. Food was nice and the service friendly, but like the rest of Argentina, not so cheap! A steak roll and a beer cost about US$23. I only stayed one for day, and I think that is about the right amount of time.Guest review byCoombes - 10.0

We went in the winter, so days are shorter (sunrise closer to 9am) and dark by 5:30. There is a lot to see and do, and very worth while and unlesse you are planning to ski, 3 days is enough. Keep in mind that tours (in the winter) have pick-ups around 8am, so bookings must be made in advance or the day before (once you arrive). We waited to book to see weather conditions. There is a lot to see and do!Guest review byKENNETHUnited States - 8.0
Would have liked to explore the town centre more.
Would have liked to explore the town centre more. Also couple of trips from Ushuaia - to lakes, the glacier and a boat trip to the lighthouse. Probably four to five days. Maria Lola was great for dinner. Ramos General's El Almacen is worth a visit.Guest review byC1defenceUnited States
