Everything was great. The location is easy to find and a Spar shop next to the hotel. Great breakfast. Rooms spacious, clean, really nice. Great for solo travels or families. Graz is really close. Big parking in front of the hotel. Everyone from the family was really satisfied. Would recommend, 10/10

    Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Thank you Jufa Hotel Graz City Team. Best regards and keep up the good work.

    The hotel was a really unique experience; two actual airplanes on the top of the roof, both having been turned into restaurants that provide a really exceptional atmosphere for having dinner or a drink at the bar. In additon, the two wellness areas, with the kids playground in the lower level and the airplane simulators made this an unforgettable stay for us. Especially the people running the flight simulators were so extraordinary friendly and left my kid with a two-day lasting excitement about having flown an airbus 320 in a real life (!) cockpit. The breakfast buffet was really large, and very convenient (no queues at the coffee machine, despite many people walking around), and really large tables with enough space to feel comfortable.

    The hotel has a strategic position right in front of the Messe and Stadthalle and just out of the East station. With multiple and frequent tram lines it is possible to get to the old town in minutes. The main station is well connected with trains (S-bahn) or trams. The rooms are super clean and nice (I got a four-bed room which was more than enough for me). The breakfast is well assorted. The staff was extremely kind and helpful (special mention to Fatima who really saved my trip by giving me an AC adapter which I forgot to bring). Plus, great value for money. For me, the go-to place for future trips to Graz.

    Exceptional experience - everything went supersmoothly from the beginning, the staff I met were megafriendly and helpful! Additionally my room was upgraded and I was lucky to have the balcony with a wonderful view on the city). The room itself was small, but absolutely comfy - warm and everything is well thought out.     All European towns have some similarities but each town has some own unique features and qualities to soke it properly we should do deep traveling in each town and capture the beauty and the people around But the most important problem is all museums and other places to see have a very high ticket value which may seem very costly for some tourists

    An absolutely beautiful area near public transportation that can take you anywhere you want to go. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch and was so convenient. You must take the train into the main square in Graz and enjoy bratwurst at one of the local food stands and take the lift in Schlossberg Hill. Breathtaking views and there's a slide to take you back down to the bottom if you dare.

    Very nice place to stay close to Graz.

    Very nice place to stay close to Graz. Only negative aspect was one impolite staff member. My question in English regarding hot water for oatmeal was met with scorn and I was directed to the container which stated 'tee'. She then mocked my query to her colleague. I don't speak German well but I understand it perfectly. Her comments were just rude. Perhaps label the container Hot Water? Pity this spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant overnight stay. I still gave 9/10.

    Great little village with all the comforts one needs. We had dinner in two different Gasthaus of the village and people were very welcoming and helpful! Portions are huge and very tasty!! Great place for local walks or for a day-hike. We also went for a stroll to the playground with our kids and relaxed by the lake. Everything around is very tidy and well kept .

    Graz is a beautiful city with plenty to see in a relatively compact area. We were lucky and arrived during a festival weekend. Many locals were in national dress. The many squares in town had food stalls and every type of musical entertainment from oompah bands to acapella. Take the footpath, lift or funicular to the top of the hill with the clock tower to get great views across the city.

    I booked this place on our way from Croatia back to Germany, stayed only one night. We arrived very late, but check-in was very smooth. I communicated with the host and she waited us until we arrived 30-min after my estimated arrival. The hosts were very kind and nice. rooms are large for us a family of 4. We would love to visit this place at another chance and stay longer.

    Graz is stunning.

    Graz is stunning. We came here as a stop gap going on to Slovenia but it was outstanding. We loved all the shops and pretty restaurants. We found a square where there was live music and lots of locals having drinks from food and drink stands. Was such a lovely atmosphere. Full of history and plenty things to visit.
