it was just what we needed.
modern,clean, and fantastic view from the front balcony.
pool area clean and well serviced.
we loved our stay and would have loved to stay longer.
the whole area just north of cairns is beautiful.
the complex manager was so helpful ,even came to check everything was ok in the room.
we felt like nothing was to much trouble for him.
free underground parking with allocated place.
we would rebook if we had to come to Cairns agian.

Inside open plan good for just hanging out together. Had everything we needed plus extras we could use for picnic etc. Used kitchen and deck bbq. Glad we stayed here and not in Cairns. Host was excellent.

I was very impressed by the two-bedroom suite: It's the perfect solution for accommodating the whole family.
Having our own fully equipped kitchen in the room was very convenient. It allowed us to prepare our own meals and save on dining out.
The availability of a private washer and dryer was a big plus, especially during our extended stay. It made our stay more convenient and comfortable.
The hotel pool turned out to be a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a long day. I enjoyed its luxurious atmosphere.
The beds were comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep and full relaxation.
The proximity to the beach was one of the hotel's main advantages. Being just 50 meters from the beach allowed us to easily enjoy seaside strolls and beach relaxation.
There were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options for lunches and dinners.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sarayi Hotel!
The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and close to everything. The room was well-equipped, spotless, and had top-quality linens and towels. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Miles, the owner: an incredibly kind and helpful person who supported us with everything we needed.
Simply fantastic.

Lovely 2br apartment overlooking the pool area. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms and a bath was a bonus. Lovely tropical pool. Easy check in. BBQ facilities around pool clean and convenient. Close to local shops

Hired a Car to get around, tho there are buses, that come quite frequently or grab an Uber
Handy Supermarket, Bakery, Butcher, Chemist etc, at Clifton Beach, 10 Minutes from Palm Cove.
So many great places to eat, along the strip.
For a quick Pub style meal, you can't go past, the Surf Club
Elgreko (Greek) was absolutely, delicious - however it is uptairs, so if mobility is a problem, perhaps, not for you
Got a delicious Pizza from Rummble & Hum
Lovely meal at Peppers
Drove down to Yorkey's Knob, Boat Club, for lunch, about 25 Minutes from Palm Cove

hotel was right on the beach so excellent for sunrise and sunset photos. beach is picturesque with a nice lookout at one end. close to restaurants, quick drive to a supermarket. phone reception was patchy on beach front but fine around the corner. room has only a bar fridge not full size. off road parking can be tight if you are last one's home.

The beautiful breeze was lovely whenever I sat on a comfortable seat on the grass near the beach...
We thought the views were amazing in every way we turned on the walkway across the road from the Agincourt Beachfont...We will be returning. It will most likely be in the winter though, as humidity is very high
in the summer for us, as a couple from the central coast, in N.S.W. Thank you!
It is close enough for a drive to Cairns, Port Douglas and other beautiful spots.

A good alternative to the much trendier and therefore pricier northern beaches of Trinity Beach and Palm Cove. And definitely much quieter!
A comprehensive shopping strip on the main street and of course not far from the large shopping complex at Smithfield. A few restaurant options available, including the yacht club. There is a bus service into Cairns CBD, but I would recommend hiring a vehicle for your stay. Taxis are very expensive.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing (wasn’t crowded at all when we were there in June). Seems to be off the beaten path for tourists—seemed to be more locals there, so probably not typically as crowded as some of the more well known beaches. We probably wouldn’t have known about it if we weren’t staying at a house on the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, although not a ton of beach parking for visitors. Beautiful walking path, small playground, picnic tables, incredible sunrises, sand is soft and silky, water is warm to wade in, however, swimming is not recommended due to possible crocodiles.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Private and peaceful. A couple of good cafes/restaurants and a general store. 10min to the nearest supermarket and to the airport. 15 minutes to Cairns City. Great base to travel up to the northern beaches

Palm Cove is beautiful and super clean, every morning workers are picking up rubbish, clearing leaves, sweeping drains and making sure its super tidy for the guests enjoying the area. We were most impressed and enjoyed our stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It’s all positive. Great location, clean and tidy, grounds and pool well maintained, Gerald and his staff friendly and accommodating. Straight across the road from swimming nets and barbecue area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

Clifton Beach is a quiet lovely beach with an excellent shady path to allow walking amongst the trees.
Unfortunately there was only one restaurant/cafe but given the proximity to Palm Cove and Trinity beach this was not a drawback.

Lovely quiet little town with excellent facilities. Some nice cafes and the Boating Club and the Golf Club were welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the Boating Club which provided excellent service, and great food at very reasonable prices
