- From $157.98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 399 reviewsWelcomed and made to feel at home by manager and barman. Rooms were modern, clean, warm and bright. Able to open windows for ventilation. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable, slept well. Arrived late but they kept kitchen open so I could get a meal. Was offered a locker to keep valuables in while I hiked. Was allowed to park car close to premises while away hiking. Manager offered to print maps of hiking area. Easy and safe drive up mountain. Would definitely book again.Guest review byFitzAustralia

It has been over 20yrs since i have visited Buller in the Winter and stayed overnight. I found the B-Tag system not as user friendly as one would like. I tried topping up my daughters pass and in the end had to go to ticketing. fortunately the honoured the cheaper pricing. We ate at the Buller Chalet, great food and reasonable prices for the mountain. Staff here were lovely. Also ate at The Villager - excellent food and also good value. Staff here were great. Kofflers staff all amazing. I do believe however there really needs to be a cap on how many come to this mountain now. The bus loads of day trippers was something I have never ever seen in my life! Tim to either expand this resort or get a new mountain to open up!!Guest review bySilkyappleAustralia - 10.0
We enjoyed our time there.
We enjoyed our time there. I booked 2 tickets for the lift only to realise I can't use them unless I am skeying. I don'tthink it stated anywhere. The lady at the Altitude manage to short out my tickets for something more useful.Guest review byLucyAustralia - 10.0
We loved the snow village feel to the place!
We loved the snow village feel to the place! It is expensive, however, we saw where the money is going. The facilities are excellent and well-kept, the staff are very friendly, and everyone is very helpful and patient, even when visitors do something silly. The town is well-lit at night, and it feels very safe. There are plenty of activities for children and adults. There are plenty of great places to eat out, and we found that just about every accommodation on offer offers cooking facilities.Guest review byElena
