In this case the visit was for a photographic tour.
In this case the visit was for a photographic tour. Nowra is the perfect base for playing tourist as most attractions are an easy drive away (half to an hour away). Accommodation is hugely expensive (hundreds or thousands $$$) in the tourist Meccas and mostly unavailable anyway. I recommend Nowra for an economic and hassle free stay. The location and proximity is great.Guest review byJoeAustralia - 10.0

Mollymook is a great location with many great local beaches, cafes and restaurants. The chocolate shop in Milton is definitely worth a visit and the Native cafe near Ulladulla Harbour beach had exceptional coffee and great breakfast options with a great view of the beach.Guest review byDesi PAustralia - 10.0

Nice coastal town with good facilities to support holidaymakers visiting the area. Supermarkets, food outlets and a few other shops provide what you need. Nice harbour and easy access to beaches and walks in the area.Guest review byAdrianAustralia - 10.0

Extremely Unprofessional – Ruined Our Holiday
Extremely Unprofessional – Ruined Our Holiday I booked this property for one night, only to arrive and find it already occupied by someone else who had booked through a different platform. The area had no mobile coverage, so we had to drive 10 km just to get a signal and try contacting the host — who never answered. We then reached out to Booking.com, but the staff offered no real help, despite the fact we were traveling with children and left without a place to stay. After driving over 300 km for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, we were suddenly left stranded. It was a easter holiday long weekend, everything else was fully booked, and neither the host nor Booking.com offered any apology or support. We were forced to drive back another hour same direction where we came from and find two hotel rooms at the last minute — our children were heartbroken, and our holiday was completely ruined. The host showed zero responsibility, and Booking.com seemed more interested in their commission than helping a family in distress. Property view from Outside: The property is outdated and the views are nothing like the photos. I strongly urge anyone reading this — do not book this place, even if it's free. Terrible experience from start to finish.Guest review byCHARITHAustralia - 10.0

The beautiful beaches, with lots of dog-friendly spaces, friendly people, rolling countryside, great local shops (the pub/IGA/bottle shop/butcher and baker are all excellent). The Bowling Club looked great too, but we didn't go inside as it wasn't dog-friendly. We love the proximity to Berry, which has so much character and great places to eat. Had a fabulous lunch at the Husky Pub (dog friendly) in Huskisson, got soaked by the Blowhole in Kiama, saw dolphins swimming in Jervis Bay - magic!Guest review bycerisesontourAustralia - 10.0

Long beach walks are a must especially if you love fresh sea air. Good variety of small shops, including a Woolworths and a petrol station. Bowling Club is modern with happy staff and well managed with excellent menu.Guest review byDavidAustralia
