Very nice hotel. People at the reception are very kind and polite persons. Lady at the reception speaks fluent english so it was very easy to communicate with her and her colleagues. Rooms are big and comfort and most important very clean. Beds are very comfortable so the sleep was nice. Food was very good, we had various types of food to eat for breakfast. All recommondations for everyone to stay at this hotel! 👌🏽

Great staff, very friendly. The room was very clean, the bathroom also. The location is great, 10 minutes on foot to the center. My room had a lovely balcony with a view to the city. I 100% recommend this hotel If you're planning to stay in Razgrad.
