Everything! Loved the more remote location away from touristy spots but still enough to do. The area was beautiful with gorgeous walks, staff were friendly, professional & helpful, the cleanliness was excellent & restaurant choices offered wonderful food (& cocktails). We loved our upgrade. Stayed for 2 nights. Only a short 1hr drive from Calgary Contactless check-in and check-out via text messaging. There’s a 24hr concierge available for guest over text message Cabin was very clean. Hot water was instantly available round the clock. Bath robes and slippers were provided Bed was comfortable, had massage and tilt functions Kitchenette had everything we needed to cook and serve our meals, including a stove top & air fryer. Fridge was bigger than what you will find in hotel rooms Digital temperature controls inside the cabin were easy to use and very effective We added the optional portable fireplace for the patio but couldn’t use much due to strong winds Wifi was lightning fast

We absolutely loved our stay! The family suite was gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the location as we found that Canmore was more enjoyable than Banff. The washer dryer was a big bonus and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi.

The room was very spacious. Really suitable for families and friends travelling in groups. It was neat and complete. We can cook and the kitchen and dining area was complete. Spacious T&B and indeed a relaxing place during our stay. Staff were great and pleasing. Worth every penny spent. Will defo come back again!

The stay was very nice, had a nice view from the rockies but unfortunately we couldn’t see due to fog. Other than that tha place was very nice and clean.
