- From $149 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.0Good - What previous guests thought, 28 reviewsI had such a memorable stay at Cabot shores. Special kudos to Sunny, Kritika and Rutwik for making me and my family feel at home. They also helped me with checkin date adjustment as i had an emergency. They went above and beyond to help us with our requests starting from getting our room ready early, providing a detailed overview of property to arranging food, helping with ad hoc requests such as hot water. The food is soooo yum (chickpea and pasta). The property is set in wilderness, very scenic with a nice beach where you reach by pulling rope over a small boat - great experience! Very close to igonish too. The only down is limited washroom esp for bath but overall i highly recommend this place to anyone!Guest review byGauravIndia

Being close to the harbour is the only way we could imagine visiting Halifax. The harbour is so lively and walkable that we did not use our car for the 3 days. There are lots of interesting sights nearby if you choose to drive or take tours.Guest review byEdwardCanada - 10.0

We greatly enjoyed Baddeck's Lobster Suppers. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service given by Carley was excellent. All staff generated a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Bean There Cafe also offered friendly service with delicious coffee. The town is conveniently located for us to travel the Cabot Trail.Guest review bycoutureCanada - 10.0

Typical small rural town, nice to walk around town, some historic sites. One night stay was just right. Ate at Shore Line restaurant and gift, food was very good ,server was pleasant, patient and helpful. Lots of fires burning in around the areas. Devastation can be seen in pictures, heartbreaking!Guest review bySharonCanada - 8.0

When I left (For the second year running) there are no facilities to obtain refreshments if you have a long wait. (I arrived because of check out time 11:30 and the flight did not leave until 16:45) That is a long wait without the ablitly to have some refreshments.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lunenburg is an historic fishing town on the waterfront settled in the 1700s. It's worth a visit, and not too far from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Walk around the hilly streets for a self-guided tour, as there are signs in front of churches and on several street corners describing the history.Guest review bySallyUnited States - 10.0
I arrived from the UK around midday at airport.
I arrived from the UK around midday at airport. Called for courtesy bus which arrived quickly. Arrived at hotel around 1pm expecting to have to wait for room. I was able to get into my room right away , which was great as I had been travelling for approximately 16 hours and was tired. Had a quick meal in restaurant which was very good. My family arrived a few hours later and we had a nice meal in the hotel. My grandchildren loved the pool. Will definitely visit again.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

If you want to feel like you have come home, be warmly greeted wherever you may go, then you will enjoy visiting Antigonish. Home to St Francis Xavier University (St FX), Saint Martha's Hospital, the town is a great base from which to explore hiking, beaches and local arts and crafts in NS.Guest review byDanielleCanada - 6.0
We ate dinner at Le Gabriel Restaurant.
We ate dinner at Le Gabriel Restaurant. There was entertainment Sunday evening at the restaurant. A woman played the fiddle and a man accompanied her on a keyboard. They were excellent. Seafood prices are very high. The place was very busy and the food was good. Getting around Cheticamp is easy. We enjoyed driving along the entire Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island. The Cape Breton Highlands Provincial Park was closed because of high fire danger.Guest review bylewis - 10.0
