- From $227.83 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 10 reviewsA beautiful location in the Eastern Townships not far from skiing, shopping and restaurants. A car is a must. The Auberge has decent spa facilities and a lovely staff. The rooms are generous and quiet and have kitchenettes but no stove. A wonderful breakfast starts the day. A highlight was using the hot tub in sub zero temperatures.Guest review bySydneyCanada
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 64 reviewsGreat place with Kids, huts are a bit too close together, lack of privacy but over all great experience. Would definitely go back. Stayed in a chalet, had everything needed. Nice to have the convenience of the restaurant, pool and kids games. Unfortunately the weather was bad over the weekend but we still enjoyedGuest review byJoeCanada

This area Lac Brome is a very picturesque area, the people are very friendly and there are lots of very interesting quaint little novelty shops in town to visit. It’s a very scenic little town with a lot of charm appeal because the people are very friendly and laid back, nobody seems to be stressed out and down to earth, it kinda has the feeling of Mayberry from the Andy Griffith show, makes you appreciate the fact that there are still small towns like this in existence.Guest review byAnonymousCanada - 10.0
Great place for walking and hiking. Tons of trails.
Great place for walking and hiking. Tons of trails. The view is breathtaking in the fall. The fall harvest festival keeps the town hopping on weekends. So allow yourself extra time to drive through. Make sure to include My Sutton and Chateau St Agnes if open to the public (sometimes closed for private eventsGuest review bycherylCanada - 10.0

Our main reason to visit Lac-Brome (Knowlton) was to bask in the fascinating world of Louise Penny's Armand Gamache/Three Pines novels. And while the highlight for us was checking out the bookstore and the new café, we loved how beautiful the entire town was. There were so many interesting shops and restaurants to choose from, and it's the perfect place to explore on foot. We had an amazing dinner at Ensemble bar a vin, which offers locally grown and raised produce and protein sources, which were delicious! Breakfast at Auberge Lakeview Inn was also a mouth-watering experience; the smoked salmon eggs Benedict was to die for! We'll definitely spend more time in Lac-Brome when we next visit the Eastern Townships.Guest review byStarkCanada - 10.0

Lac Brome/Knowlton, and nearby towns such as Sutton, are...
Lac Brome/Knowlton, and nearby towns such as Sutton, are more distinctively French than other parts of Québec that we have visited. French is the dominant language, but everyone we dealt with spoke good English, and even understood our rusty French. The Cantons de L'Est are well worth exploring. Fast and seamless border crossings from Vermont.Guest review byMac S.Ireland - 10.0
