The hotel is really great in terms of price/quality of service. It is a bit old, but it has charm, and it is conveniently located. It is clean, and the management and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good. For dinnner or in the terrace bar, try the beers made locally by them! Doors to the rooms are double room, I have only seen this in larger hotels in Switzerland. Rooms are quiet! Crans-Montana is summer-winter resort. We went for skiing. The views are amazing, the resort has skiing options for all the family but is not very big.
