I'm traveling from Japan, and Thusis is very convenient for sightseeing as both the Bernina Express and Glacier Express stop there. it is very difficult (and expensive!) to find accommodations with parking in Chur and St. Moritz. I stayed here for the night passing through from Austria to Italy, and wanted to cycle up to Juf. The whole way up the views were stunning and ever changing, and Innerferrara is lovely and quiet, and a 5 minute walk from the river. I had a nice filling dinner, the room was lovely and spatious, the shower nice and large. The host was very kind and attentive, made sure everyone was looked after. The breakfast was really good, it's a perfect place to stay to do hiking and cycling in the area, and I would love to come back and stay there again in future!
