United KingdomIt is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise!

CroatiaGreat location just outside od the entrance to TdP in the beautiful valley of Serrano river and with amazing views of TdP (important thing is the roads are bumpy and full of potholes so be carefull if driving).
Heated pool was perfect after long day of hiking. Breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip through South America. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable, everything was super clean. Staff were polite.

This is a wonderful place for discovering the Torres Del Paine park. Patrick sent us a good deal of information before we got there. He counselled us on the day trips and that helped so much to maximise our time on the ground. He booked our Lake Grey boat trip and a horse riding trip. He also saved our holidays as he repaired twice our flat tyres in an impressive amount of time. We really enjoyed being there so much. Having a stove in the little house was so cool and warm. We also ate wonderfully well in the mornings and evenings. Our food restrictions were so well accomodated (diabetes and vegetarian). The view from the terrace was amazing. We hope to be back in the future 🤗

The camp was spotless, the service was of a quality we never could have imagined, and we had a clear view of the Torres the entire time. The best part of Ecocamp, however, was the people. Raul and Eduardo, guides, took so much time to understand our goals, and suggested several little detours on the W Trek that ended up being the highlights of our time in the park. Andy, Yaquie, Maria, and Antonia took such good care of us; it felt like they had chosen to work there, because they were uniformly warm and welcoming, and their smiles were genuine.

The food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area.

Epic stunning views! It’s a trip & many hikes worth making.
Epic stunning views! It’s a trip & many hikes worth making. Wish we could spend more time amongst the mountains and/or drive around exploring without having to worry about the lack of petrol station in TNP. The roads are mostly gravel with many many pot holes! Good to see sectors of the roads are being re-surfaced during our trip.

Cerro Castillo is a good compromise to stay to visit the...
Cerro Castillo is a good compromise to stay to visit the park (It's around 45 minutes drive to the Torres Del Paine NP). From Puerto Natales it's 1,5 hours drive and within the park there are only very expensive or very basic (and still expensive) options for staying.
You need a car (also in the NP) because of the distances and very limited shuttlebus options.

There are no shops or petrol stations near the park so stock up with what you need before leaving Puerto Natales. The hotel at Lago Grey has a decent restaurant that let us walk in - a nice place for a snack before the boat trip to the glacier (which was good fun)

The park and vistas are fantastic!
The park and vistas are fantastic! We rode horses very nearby which was also wonderful! I just wish this park was a little easier to get to. The restaurant at this lodge was great - great food and wonderful service!
