Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

The service was top notch, they really went out of the way to look after us, organising tickets and picking us up from the airport and to the gates of the national park etc. The food was also excellent, with lots of organic produce including eggs from the owner’s own chooks, which was a pleasant surprise whilst travelling. All the staff were super friendly and our kids didn’t want to leave, they especially miss the owner’s dog. This place has exceeded our expectations and made our trip much easier with young kids in tow.

We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our lunch at the hotel and the meals were very sumptuous. The hotel staff right from the reception through to the dinning went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a change of itinerary which the hotel helped us to actualize. Because I was traveling in December, I was concerned by heating facilities in the hotel. Despite in common premises (like elsewhere during the winter) was quite cold, the proper air conditioning system in our room makes our stay very comfortable. Heating system works perfectly well. I also emphasize the perfect location of hotel - 7 min walking from the main gates to the park and very good restaurants nearby.
