The hotel has a good location with a well developed infrastructure (shops, restaurants, public transport) and polite English speaking staff, check-in experience was smooth and took less than 5 min. The room was politely upgraded to the one on top floor with terrace and a view. The room was equipped with everything expected from a 4 start hotel: towels, mini bar, safe lockbox, flat TVs and comfy bad with nice pillows. The AC worked well, while in the bath - it had a heated floor. Breakfast experience was top notch; dozens of different courses and drinks and a large accommodating dining hall. Nice place, friendly staff, all my wishes were taken into account. The hotel made us a free room upgrade as a gift (we were traveling as a family and wanted to stay in one room, but family rooms were not available, we had to take 2 separate ones). There were bathrobes and slippers in the room - super handy for going to the spa area. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Cool view from the window (we lived on the 9th floor). Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it over-run with tourists, which made it very busy! We did some of the normal historical sites, but also did the National Gallery instead of the National Museum and I can highly recommend it. We loved the wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel...
All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel - even walked to the cemetery where the composers Dvorak and Smetana were buried (2.3 miles from the hotel ).
