The bed was one of the most comfortable ever , rooms are spacious, interior is beautiful with big mirrors , breakfast is delicious and the breakfast area is so beautiful as it used to be a theatre. It’s the type of hotel that makes you skip a day or two in your trip just to get cozy in the room lol. It’s also two minutes from the tram that takes u directly to the center in 15 minutes. The area around is safe and has a lot of shops and restaurants and cafes. They’re also very flexible with checking in and checking out and they don’t bother you with the crazy strict rules that you usually see in European hotels. Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it over-run with tourists, which made it very busy! We did some of the normal historical sites, but also did the National Gallery instead of the National Museum and I can highly recommend it. We loved the wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel - even walked to the cemetery where the composers Dvorak and Smetana were buried (2.3 miles from the hotel ).
