the night shift receptionists florian bezbrra uoop helped us so much, he was so helpful and his hospitality was great and he helped us right away without hesitation, he and fabian thiemann were very kind and elegant, thanks a lot and if we came again to cologne, we would definitely come to this hotel , yes a lot will argue the price of the hotel and that's what we felt first, but when we saw how luxury the hotel is and how helpful the workers are, it is 100% a steal(i mean it is very worth it)

The outdoor patio, it was very clean, very comfortable, fresh water, very nice location in the middle of nature in a suburban area, lots of facilities including drinking water, coffee and a the possibility to buy other stuff from the hotel, a nice outdoor area with a fountain and sunbeds.
