The apartment was in a quiet serene area. Walking distance to Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch. Rewe supermarket within walking distance. Bustop right outside the apartment. Apartment was fully equipped and had all the amenities one may require. Cosy, clean and beautiful. Hot showers, comfortable beds, sun room. I was last in Berlin 40 years ago when the DDR was still very much alive. I loved the museum's detailing that part of history. The value for money in Berlin is much greater than for example London or Paris. Beer and great value kebabs or kebaps plus great public transport and so whilst I tend not to like big cities I do love Berlin.
