Beach is good but full of jelly fishes. My kids got hurt while in water. Beach is not clean. They call it Sidi Kir beach. Charge is 50EGP for umbrella and 10EGP for each chair. Entrance is free. Good weather, long variable beaches, a lot of nice comfortable restaurants but avoid those within Qaitbai castle area as they are over priced. People are very nice and cooperative. Alexandria is truly a beautiful city with so much charm and history. The weather was amazing—pleasant sea breeze, clear skies, and perfect temperatures for enjoying the beach and sightseeing. I loved the stunning Mediterranean views, the fresh seafood, and the relaxing coastal atmosphere. Walking along the Corniche was unforgettable, especially during sunset. The hospitality of the people made the trip even more special. Everything felt warm and welcoming, and it’s definitely a destination I would recommend for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, culture, and great food.
