The hotel is spotless clean every part. Right on the beach we had a Seaview room it was fab, sure some parts are dated but the kitchenette is excellent and the sheets and pillow were super clean.. Kids club was fantastic and catered to English speakers also. Breakfast was excellent. Indoor pool was super. Drinks very reasonable for someone from Ireland this hotel is so cheap and affordable the drinks were good quality also.Guest review byHelenaAustralia
- From US$87.58 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.6Good - What previous guests thought, 1,185 reviewsExcellent location just across the road from the beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean with well appointed room/bathroom and superb comfortable bed. The restaurant whilst a little noisy was clean and spacious with a fine selection of good quality food. The bars were well stocked and well staffed. The pools and pool areas were clean and had ample room. Lifts were efficient with little or no waiting. The entire hotel was clean and spacious, and a credit to ALL the wonderful staff.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 3,139 reviewsEverything was great. Checking in easy, staff very friendly. Room was upgraded to sea view which was lovely. We had half board plenty of choice and very enjoyable. We were only there for 3 days but used the spa twice which is very good value for money. Will recommend to others. We have visited before and prefer the Sabinal to the other Best hotel in the resort. As we only live 1.5 hours away will visit again. Already looking forward to it.Guest review byChristopherSpain
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 3,495 reviewsWe especially appreciate always helpful staff - in the reception, restaurant, in our room, in the swimming pool area. The quality and the choice of food in the restaurant ( full board) was unbeatable. We could park in front of the hotel free of charge which is mostly exceptional in the Spanish beach hotels. We enjoyed free afternoon coffee in the bar as well. Staying a week in this hotel was really a good choiceGuest review byVlastimilaCzech Republic
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,254 reviewsThe staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were happy to give us recommendations for dinner in Las Negras and they were great. The hotel is well located and we had asked for a double with sea view and got that. The room has a lovely terrace which was great for relaxing when we were in. The pool is lovely and great when the beach was too windy. We would definitely stay again when in this area.Guest review byLucyGibraltar

Almería city is compact and easy to get around on foot.
Almería city is compact and easy to get around on foot. It is very Spanish, something that as a Spanish-speaker I appreciate. In addition to the places usually highlighted in guides, we very much enjoyed el Museo del Realismo Español Contemporáneo which had two temporary exhibitions in addition to its excellent permanent collection. The Enclave Arqueológico de la Puerta de Almería is also worth a visit to view the excavated gate and walls of the early Moorish city, together with some interesting Roman remains. The range of restaurants available is huge. Our favourites were La Consentida Braseria; Restaurante Quatro Hojas, and Almedina Baraka (close to the Alcazaba).Guest review byDavid MasonUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Where we stayed the beach was great.
Where we stayed the beach was great. The promenade is long and has a cycle path throughout. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Four in particular stood out: 1. Bodega Patio Salao, 2. Restaurant Alinea, 3. Spice Hut Indian and 4. La Lola Restobar. A Spar supermarket is ideal for shopping with an extensive butchers counter.Guest review byBill KundaliaSpain - 10.0
Nice place, beaches lovely.
Nice place, beaches lovely. Lots of live music in bars and restaurant's. Food quality was good and quite reasonable. Sensations, chinese, bellavista, valerys, Irish rover, sheas to mention just a few for good food and service. Bus service was good and cheap. Pueblo is lovely for a visitGuest review bybeverleyUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Aguadulce is a nice district; the hotel is not far from a supermarket, not far from the beach and not far from a taxi stand to go to airport of Almeria. The road which leads from Almeria to Aguadulce is in very good conditions. The Tourist Office is very helpful. The park is clean, well kept and has very interesting tropical and hot weather plants and flowers. There is plenty to explore if one wishes to move around... bars and cafeterias have a good variety of offerings.Guest review byElisabettaUnited States - 8.0
Really lovely location Quiet
Really lovely location Quiet Good local bars/restaurants even in November Long beach to walk along Quaint squares with children's playgrounds and bars etc Easy to walk around, downhill to the beach, then flat rest of the way Parking limited, but we didn't have a problem Quite a lot of steps plus handrails, for better views Nearest bar, downhill, was excellentGuest review byAnonymous - 4.0

Vera Playa is a beautiful white sand Spanish beach with large nudist and non nudist areas. Everyone is very relaxed happy and respectful to each other. There are a number of great beach restaurants and bars in both areas on the beach. All age groups use the beach from small children to the elderly and all seemed to be enjoying themselves.Guest review byMichaelAustralia - 10.0
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village.
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and although it was predominantly Spanish speaking, communication was relatively easy. There is plenty to do around the immediate area of Las Negras with unspoilt beaches and water based activities but we also enjoyed trips to Almeria, Carboneras and Mojacar, all of which are worth seeing. We had a really lovely time.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 8.0
