The location was perfect for my needs. Only a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre, which included multiple shops, restaurants etc. plenty of free parking directly outside and surrounding area. McDonalds and Burger King a 5 minute walk too. The staff were very friendly and the dining area was very nice and clean. Unlimited coffee/tea is always a positive.

FAQs about hotels in Andalucía

Pulsating with History and Tradition

Resounding with flamenco, the fabulous Spanish region of Andalusia (or Andalucía) has world-class attractions, wonderful scenery and welcoming beaches.

Some of the best Andalusia hotels are in Costa del Sol resorts including Nerja and glitzy Marbella, neighbour of exclusive Puerto Banús. Nearby is Málaga, Picasso’s city with relics of its Roman past.

Moorish influences have also left magnificent marks. Formerly a mosque, the incredible Córdoba Mezquita is now a cathedral. Against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the Alhambra is a former sultans’ residence looking down on lovely Granada, home to some romantic Andalucia hotels and apartments on Booking.com.

You can ski in the Sierra Nevada, and also in mountains by Aracena north of Seville, the region’s sun-drenched capital with a gigantic Gothic cathedral and amazing architecture in Plaza de España. It also has a ring where controversial bullfighting occurs.

Its nearest beaches are on the Costa de la Luz, between Isla Canela (by Portugal) and Tarifa. Nearby is Algeciras, across the bay from Gibraltar. Other popular Andalusia beaches are in Costa de Almería resorts including Roquetas de Mar and Mojacar.

Inland, on a steep escarpment, Arcos de la Frontera, is one of the White Villages of Andalusia. Nearby is Jerez, home of sherry. To the east is Ronda with its high bridge spanning a deep gorge.

Beautiful city, our photos don’t do it justice!

Beautiful city, our photos don’t do it justice! Will definitely return, soooo much to see. Remember to book well in advance for tickets to main attractions, cathedral, alcazar etc or you may be disappointed. Comfortable walking shoes are essential for all the walking you’ll do although Seville is very flat. Full of lovely tapas bars, prices very reasonable for a major city

Really impressed with Malaga. So much to see.

Really impressed with Malaga. So much to see. Easy to get about. Plenty of sightseeing tours. Cafes and restaurants were great and so cheap. Malaga city centre is so impressive and clean with magnificent tree lined avenues, fountains and churches. Cruise liners and super yachts were berthed in the harbour. Restaurants and shopping in this area was lovely.

Granada is a city whose center is the University of Granada, you can study in faculties, research institutes, especially the library is very beautiful and comfortable for research, ... food is very cheap if you cook for yourself, and if you have a student card or a lecturer card, you will be able to eat 4 dishes + wine for 5 EUR (if you eat out it will cost about 20 EUR); In addition, you should visit castles, churches, ... in general very beautiful; especially the weather and air are fresh, very suitable for people walking, playing sports; or if you want to invest in business, real estate prices in Granada are also very cheap, you can buy land in the city for about 300-1000 EUR/m2 or forest land for 1 EUR/m2, ...

We loved visiting Córdoba. What a fabulous city!

We loved visiting Córdoba. What a fabulous city! It's such a great city for walking, with lots of parks, fountains, and outdoor sculpture. We were able to see everything we wanted to in two days. We bought the 10euro (for seniors) tickets to visit La Mezquita. That was perfect for us. We also walked back to the Roman Bridge at night to see that part of town illuminated. It was beautiful!

LOVED THE BEACH AND LOADS OF LOVELY RESTURANTS AND PLENTY OF LITTLE SHOPS. DIDNT GET TO EXPLORE AS MUCH AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED AS I WAS ATTENDING A 3 DAY WEDDING, BUT PLANNING TO RETURN IN MAY. GREAT LITTLE STEAK HOUSE CALLED "LA CACEROLA STEAK HOUSE" GENEROUS PORTIONS AND FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. THIS IS RUN BY A FAMILY DAD AND DAUGHTER SERVING SON IN THE BAR AND WIFE DOING ALL THE COOKING THE PLACE HAS A GREAT ATHMOSPHERE AND ALL FOOD ID COOKED TO ORDER. THERE IS A LIFT UP AND DOWN TO THE BEACH COSTS 50 CENT EACH WAY CLOSES AT 12 AM. TRAIN IS SUPER HANDY AND CAN BRING YOU FROM THE AIRPORT DOESNT COST MUCH.

The iconic bridge is very impressive and there are some lovely streets and buildings to admire in the old town. But for the most part, the rest of Ronda is pretty ugly and dirty and spoiled by over tourism. But on the flip side there is plenty of accommodation in and around Ronda so it's a good base for exploring the nicer villages (such as Grazalema which is truly authentic and not at all spoiled by over tourism) nearby.
