Brand new hotel. Fresh, clean, comfy rooms, finely designed lobby. Staff caring, polite, we had a very warm welcome. Bathroom super spacious, good variety of vanity products. Rich hot-cold buffet breakfast, great quality food. Excellent location, very central, but there is NO noise from the street. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport. All major attractions nearby and within a walking distance. The port is 10 minutes away. Great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

This hotel is in the centre of Granada. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient and went out of their way to provide information on sightseeing and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of personal touches - little gift of candied nuts, thank you card, but the most unusual and very much appreciated was cleaning of the car windscreen while it was parked in the hotel parking. Top marks for staff who go that extra mile to make your stay unforgettable.

Pulsating with History and Tradition

Resounding with flamenco, the fabulous Spanish region of Andalusia (or Andalucía) has world-class attractions, wonderful scenery and welcoming beaches.

Some of the best Andalusia hotels are in Costa del Sol resorts including Nerja and glitzy Marbella, neighbour of exclusive Puerto Banús. Nearby is Málaga, Picasso’s city with relics of its Roman past.

Moorish influences have also left magnificent marks. Formerly a mosque, the incredible Córdoba Mezquita is now a cathedral. Against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the Alhambra is a former sultans’ residence looking down on lovely Granada, home to some romantic Andalucia hotels and apartments on Booking.com.

You can ski in the Sierra Nevada, and also in mountains by Aracena north of Seville, the region’s sun-drenched capital with a gigantic Gothic cathedral and amazing architecture in Plaza de España. It also has a ring where controversial bullfighting occurs.

Its nearest beaches are on the Costa de la Luz, between Isla Canela (by Portugal) and Tarifa. Nearby is Algeciras, across the bay from Gibraltar. Other popular Andalusia beaches are in Costa de Almería resorts including Roquetas de Mar and Mojacar.

Inland, on a steep escarpment, Arcos de la Frontera, is one of the White Villages of Andalusia. Nearby is Jerez, home of sherry. To the east is Ronda with its high bridge spanning a deep gorge.

    We were probably very lucky that our pre-booked mobile house in different camping of this area got cancelled (maybe due to the storm it had passed 2 nights before we arrived, maybe due to the off-season laziness). We had arranged a ground floor apartement in this camping quickly instead. It shown up as a great descision. Everything went smooth, the place was clean, just our size for 2 with 2 kids. The restaurant was closed that night and next morning, but we arrived with some food which we just prepared in the kitchen easily. We didn’t expected more, even there were some shops opened around anyway. It might be little tricky with hot water for those who are not fully friendly with gas bottles, i didn’t find it as a problem but I’m sure the personnel would had been helpful.

    We liked everything about this place. Perfect location, beautiful sandy beach is just around the corner. The place was very big, clean, there were many stuff to do. Nice view from the balcony on the pool area. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Every evening they organise a new show, for example flamenco, which we could watch from the cute outside bar. Good price for value, very highly recommended!

    Stunning city. So much to see and do.

    Stunning city. So much to see and do. We went to the cathedral and giralda. Amazing. Unable to get alcazar as it sells out way in advance. Flamenco show in theatro Cane culla was fab. Parque Maria Luisa is a place you must visit. Nothing like it. Setas de Seville is stunning with amazing views. Also kayaking down the guadaquivir river was a fun experience. Fab restaurants. Ta’kool (Mexican), Taj Mahal (Indian) sestagusta (best Italian ever) and sangusta (lovely eatery for lunch).

    Málaga is a great city destination. 3 days probably enough to be in the city although the eating and drinking options were huge for a longer stay. A week overall was perfect for us as we made a 2 day trip to Granada (easy train journey), a tour to El Caminito del Rey (Unmissable) and a day trip to Ronda and Setenil. Málaga is a great walking city including up to the Gibralfaro Castle and for further away options there are public transport options as well as lots of private tours.

    A fantastic place which we have been looking forward to visiting for many years and it didn't disappoint. The Alhambra was just amazing and I would definitely recommend getting a guided tour which we did through the official Alhambra website. Our guide was brilliant. The Cathedral was amazing too and we were priviledged to be there on National day and enjoyed the parades. We saw a flamenco show in the caves - I'm not sure we picked the best show but it was the experience! We also did a 4x4 tour of the Sierra Nevada for sunset which was great and I'd recommend.

    The main attractions were great.

    The main attractions were great. The Alcazar happened to be closed when we visited so I can't comment about that. I found the Royal Stables Horse Show was absolutely wonderful. A must for all horse lovers especially. Book early and arrive early to be seated on time. Cordoba was beautiful to walk around- night time was very beautiful over the bridge. Days were warm to hot in September. I appreciated having a pool at my hotel.

    Our apartment was situated about halfway between Benalmádena Marina and Torremolinos Centre so a pleasant walk. Plenty of entertainment within an easy walk. Torremolinos centre is vibrant and always busy with numerous bars restaurants etc. Beaches are lovely with great comfortable sun beds. Carihuela area is very good with lots of shops and nice for sitting watching the world go by.

Many golfers so lots of places had tvs showing sports. It was atmospheric & friendly. The local bus & train station were nearby & went to lots of other places up & down the coast.
