Staff goes out of their way to help you, the breakfast is amazing, fresh towels every day, superclean room, comfortable beds. Literally everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is amazing, you can walk parts of the Camí de Ronda in both directions along the coast right from the hotel. There are also a lot of nice villages nearby to visit (Begur, Pals). Extra extra bonus: you can have your breakfast on the hotel terrace on the beach. Hotel restaurant is really really good! I would stay here again!

We loved it here! We came from busy Barcelona, so this was a perfect quiet place to end our vacation. Lovely staff, personal approach. The rooms are nice. At the swimming pool they have a fridge where you can get your drinks and you write down what you took. If you want wine or prosecco, you can ask inside. On some days they opened a cocktail bar by the pool which we loved! Breakfast was also really nice.

    The room was generously sized, providing ample space for three adults. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional spa services. The massage by Judit was particularly noteworthy—her skill and professionalism provided a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend booking a session with her if you stay here. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, each more delicious than the last. The view over the sea from the restaurant and the swimming pool was breathtaking, adding to the overall dining and leisure experience.

    Amazing location at seaside. Great service, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our breakfast early morning - Seaview, slow morning and all you need to start your day.     There is a great range of restaurants and shops in Platja...

    There is a great range of restaurants and shops in Platja d'Aro which made it ideal for us now that we no longer want to spend a long time on a beach or swimming in the sea. The beach is not ideal for swimming because the sand is very soft and at our age it was difficult to keep our footing. I could have got into the sea and swum, despite the steepness of the sand. Getting out would have been very difficult indeed and probably dangerous.

    An attractive small town with a selection of good restaurants and shops. Pleasant to walk around narrow streets with no cars. Close to some lovely beaches and walks in the surrounding forests. Well worth a visit.

    Really loved the town - visited several restaurants, a few without looking online to see reviews, and they were all excellent. The beach was lovely and the bay water clear and wonderful to swim in mid October. Great hikes along the coast to neighbouring towns/beaches.

    Always loved Palamos & our visit brought back happy memories of our 17 years living in that area. Always fresh tasty food in all the restaurants & plenty of tapas to try. Try Bell Port for food & drinks with view of the harbour & bay. Car hire isn't essential as its easy to fill in a week just walking the area. A walk to Sant Antoni is delightful with plenty of coffee or ice cream stops on the way.

    Nice family friendly location in sheltered bay. Some lovely seafood and tapas restaurants. Superb clifftop walks. In August the beaches are very busy at the weekend - finding a space is difficult unless you arrive early.

    Such a beautiful little town.

    Such a beautiful little town. We loved that the next town with incredible bays and beaches was just a 15 min walk. There was also some nature reserve to run and hike in with well marked routes. And so many lovey restaurants and beaches to explore.

The beach area is surrounded by leafy gardens, lots of trees. golf course of course and it is clean and well maintained. There are no high rise blocks. The beach and its approach are clean and well maintained.

    Small village with most bars and restaurants on the seafront enough choice for a weeks stay. No public transport until July to August. So taxi service which we found expensive for short journeys to nearby resorts of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.

    A beautiful town that is much less crowded that nearby spaces like Calella or Llafranc yet it is in the perfect location to reach different Calas and beaches - it has got best of both worlds, piece and quiet, local feel, lots of restaurants and close tot he beach by car.
