- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 100 reviewsThe cabins are beautiful, spacious and really well equipped - we were very comfortable. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and our children loved playing in the play area and seeing all the animals - the rabbits, ducks, pony, chickens. We loved having the swimming pool so nearby - the children had so much fun there and there were floats they could use to help them swim. The owners are really welcoming and friendly. They were brilliant with our children and we loved speaking to them. We also really enjoyed having the restaurant just a couple of mins walk away with another great play area for the children. I would highly recommend!Guest review bySaraUnited Kingdom
- From US$93.42 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,061 reviewsA comfortable, quiet breakfast room with a superb breakfast and freshly ground coffee. We booked a room with a view and were delighted with the spectacular vista. The room was very generous with an excellent bathroom. It was spotlessly clean. This modern hotel is quiet and well located just a few metres from the bus stop. The service was efficient, professional and unobstrusive. This has to be the best hotel in Finisterre.Guest review byJohnSwitzerland

Fisterra is a quaint, small fishing town, with regular daily catches. So near the harbour is does smell of fish but many of the local restaurants have a great reputation for sea food. There are several great places to walk for the day; coastal paths, beaches (Fora, & Arnela) are a good walk (3-6 miles) but really worth it. Stunning scenery.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I loved Muxia.
I loved Muxia. After the Camino, this was the perfect spot to rest and take a breathe. It is small, so you can visit everything easily by foot. Highly recommend this over Finisterre if you are thinking of one over the other!Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

This is a lovely little town with a cosy feel tucked in 2 kms from the cape at the end of the peninsula. It has a magnificent long white sandy beach with pristine waters and a smaller sandy beach near the port. Lots of eateries and cafes, and an all-round feeling of joy and relief among the visitors who have just ended their camino. I have been twice and loved it both times.Guest review byantijeanIreland - 10.0
Lires is a lovely little village in a great location.
Lires is a lovely little village in a great location. There are lots of good walks you can take around the area, the Camino de Santiago runs through it. The beach is nice and there is a bar / restaurant there. There are several good bars and restaurants in the village and it is only a few kilometres from Cee where there are plenty of supermarkets and several banks.Guest review byWendyCanada - 10.0

We loved Camariñas, which we found to be the perfect base for exploring Galicia and the Costa da Morte. A pretty little fishing village and lightly touristed, the food was very good, of course fresh seafood, and hiking directly from the town on the Camiño dos Faros was excellent, yet we found to be surprisingly lightly trafficked for such a pretty coast. Further excursions both north and south were also available with scenic good roads, and for us included Cabo Fisterra, about 40 minutes away.Guest review byKen from SlidellUnited States - 10.0

If you are looking for a quiet, seaside town with all the amenities, Laxe is a good place to visit. It has nice bars and cafes and a couple of small supermarkets. It is great for campervans as there is plenty of free space to park up. The area offers some great walks and amazing sandy beaches which are virtually deserted.Guest review byChristaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
The nature and peaceful setting was exceptional.
The nature and peaceful setting was exceptional. It is a perfect place to go on hikes along the coast or to enjoy an afternoon at the beach. It is a paradise for bird lovers along the marshes of the Anllons river onto the ocean. You can ideally explore the towns nearby along La Costa de la Muerte. Carmen and Juan are great hosts. Lovely place to base a few days in the area.Guest review byAntonioSpain - 8.0

It's a not the most charming fishing village, but it has the basics. The beaches were nice and the people could not have been more friendlier and helpful. 2 very small supermarkets and a butcher and a baker - all have the basics you need.Guest review byAstridPortugal - 10.0

We had spent two weeks walking the Camiño and wanted to visit Finisterre for the sunset, the day trip timings didn’t work so we hired a car from the station in Santiago, drove 75mins, stayed the night and drove back to the airport the following day. It was the perfect end to our trip.Guest review byDebraUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Gorgeous little coastal village.
Gorgeous little coastal village. Can be visited as part of the Camino Fisterra or as a destination on its own. Good restaurants, lots of delicious seafood. Beautiful lighthouse with a stunning church built on the rocks nearby.Guest review byKarinAustralia
