Breakfast was exceptional. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The resort was gorgeous. I loved how the kid's pool area was near another family-friendly pool, but if adults wanted their own pool time - they had options too.

We received an upgrade to a bigger room and it was fabulos, with a very nice view and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a park. The city center is just 15 minutes walk. They have a private parking but if it's full there is a free parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it has all: calm atmosphere, green surroundings (a beautiful garden) and really nice views.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Faro. The hotel seemed to anticipate our needs every step of the way and we felt like we were treating ourselves to a luxe vacation. Welcome drinks at the front desk, a beautifully designed hotel and room, breakfast with lots of unique offerings, snacks and water in the room, and lots of little unexpected surprises. The location was just perfect, beautiful beach, we strolled the dunes, and being at an adults-only hotel was quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was such a relaxing and refreshing stay and we loved every moment. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Really beautiful, unusual looking hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and bars on your doorstep. At the quieter end of Costa Adeje so very peaceful. Pool was beautiful and the staff were delightful. Oh and the breakfast is amazing. Literally anything you could want. Breakfast was included and we filled up and then didn't need to eat until early evening. Even the fussy teenagers loved the breakfast.

The facilities exceeded our expectations tremendously - from the pools, the restaurants, the beautiful rooms, to the shopping centre right outside! I would return there anytime :) The highlight of it was the entertainment organized by the hotel every evening - definitely pleasantly surprised by it.

    Beautiful hotel, it really is as good as the photos. I miss the food already, beautiful salads and fruit and breads every day as well as cooked food. Never got bored.     Las Palmas, as the Capital of Gran Canarias is a large city and therefore is quite spread out and the inevitable mix of residential, commercial, tourist attractions, hotels and all the rest. On the plus side, it is essentially flat. We were quite lucky in that are accommodation was on the edge of the pinch point of Las Palmas (look on a map of the island to see what I mean).

    A great place as a base for a Tenerife tour if you want to stay in one place. If your visit extends for more than 4 days it might be more interesting to move closer to your sightseeing points (example: 3 nights in Santa Cruz, 3 in Puerto de la Cruz, 3 in Playa del Duque - that's what I would have done if I knew how much time I'd spend driving).

    Beautiful island. 4hr bus trip to volcanoes was wonderful as was the informative tour guide. Relaxed atmosphere everyone very friendly. Beautiful food lovely bars. The good old days restuarant good food. The roadside restuarant good food too. Taxi to airport €15 Bus along to old town and biosphere shopping centre €2

    Easy access to bars /restaurants/beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Sand dunes were amazing & a must if you want some great pictures. Some great wee local bars so no need to go to the big commercial centres if that's not your thing.

    Everything is in walking distance, the old town comes alive at night with outside music and lively restaurants and bars with great choice for everyone. Its worth taking a trip out to coco beach 2kms away, a beautiful beach of true beauty and for safe swimming and where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented along with a small beach bar.

    Santa Cruz de Tenerife doesn’t have much of nightlife, almost everything was closed at 21:30-22:00 and there were no people outside either we were on the center of the town or near the plaza. BUT, The island in general is worth it. If you can get outside and go see other towns - villages, it is definitely worth it and be prepared for breathtaking sights, views and amazing monuments. There are a lot sightseeings worth visiting, but Santa Cruz de Tenerife on its own is just not worth it that much (and the parking there is literally impossible)

    We loved to be 10 minutes drive away from the very touristic area of Maspalomas and instead enjoy the view of maspalomas dune from the mountains. We enjoyed the drive to Pico de Nieves. The mountains are wonderful. Canyons and then pine trees. The view from Pico de Nieves and through the journey there is incredible. The dunes deserve a visit as well as puerto de mogan. But the mountains are a paradise.

There are a variety of different themed restaurants, a couple of bars, and 2 supermarkets along the promenade and also a kiosk by the main steps down to the beach, A leisurely 15 minute stroll along the promenade will take you into Playa Blanca itself with many restaurants and shops. Puerto Blanco is an amazing restaurant, it is situated on the promenade after the Port - food is lovely, lots of choice on the menu and portions are large!! It's always busy but if you are willing to wait they will find you a table as soon as they can. Service is excellent.
