The hotel is spotless clean every part. Right on the beach we had a Seaview room it was fab, sure some parts are dated but the kitchenette is excellent and the sheets and pillow were super clean.. Kids club was fantastic and catered to English speakers also. Breakfast was excellent. Indoor pool was super. Drinks very reasonable for someone from Ireland this hotel is so cheap and affordable the drinks were good quality also.Guest review byHelenaAustralia
- From US$87.85 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 1,110 reviewsExcellent location just across the road from the beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean with well appointed room/bathroom and superb comfortable bed. The restaurant whilst a little noisy was clean and spacious with a fine selection of good quality food. The bars were well stocked and well staffed. The pools and pool areas were clean and had ample room. Lifts were efficient with little or no waiting. The entire hotel was clean and spacious, and a credit to ALL the wonderful staff.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom

Room was upgraded to sea view which was lovely. We had half board plenty of choice and very enjoyable. We were only there for 3 days but used the spa twice which is very good value for money. Will recommend to others. We have visited before and prefer the Sabinal to the other Best hotel in the resort. As we only live 1.5 hours away will visit again. Already looking forward to it.Guest review byChristopherSpain
- From US$109.50 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 3,495 reviewsGreat spaces with big rooms everywhere (waiting room, cantine, halls, pool, bedrooms). Food had incredible quality. Wasn't expecting that level for an all-inclusive, but I'm really impressed and more than satisfied with their offer (options and quality). Spa has an additional price, but totally worth it. Bonus: they offer a glass of cava for welcoming.Guest review byGoesBrazil

Almería city is compact and easy to get around on foot.
Almería city is compact and easy to get around on foot. It is very Spanish, something that as a Spanish-speaker I appreciate. In addition to the places usually highlighted in guides, we very much enjoyed el Museo del Realismo Español Contemporáneo which had two temporary exhibitions in addition to its excellent permanent collection. The Enclave Arqueológico de la Puerta de Almería is also worth a visit to view the excavated gate and walls of the early Moorish city, together with some interesting Roman remains. The range of restaurants available is huge. Our favourites were La Consentida Braseria; Restaurante Quatro Hojas, and Almedina Baraka (close to the Alcazaba).Guest review byDavid MasonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Roquetas de Mar is a charming place that remains relatively undiscovered compared to other more crowded destinations. It has a wonderful local vibe, with many residents still enjoying the area’s authentic atmosphere. While it can get busy during the summer months, it never feels overcrowded like other popular spots. The tapas are absolutely delicious, and the local people are warm and welcoming. The sea is clean and warm (most of the summer). It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean.Guest review byAngieBelgium - 10.0

Loved the dress shop STYLE run by the delightful Ann Webber. Lots of stylish clothing and a style guru to help you choose the best for you without pressure. The restaurant Solaris Beach was beautiful inside, modern with lovely food at a reasonable price. The resort is inhabitated by lots of expats and English is frequently heard.Guest review byCarol - 8.0

Aguadulce is a nice district; the hotel is not far from a supermarket, not far from the beach and not far from a taxi stand to go to airport of Almeria. The road which leads from Almeria to Aguadulce is in very good conditions. The Tourist Office is very helpful. The park is clean, well kept and has very interesting tropical and hot weather plants and flowers. There is plenty to explore if one wishes to move around... bars and cafeterias have a good variety of offerings.Guest review byElisabettaUnited States - 8.0
Really lovely location Quiet
Really lovely location Quiet Good local bars/restaurants even in November Long beach to walk along Quaint squares with children's playgrounds and bars etc Easy to walk around, downhill to the beach, then flat rest of the way Parking limited, but we didn't have a problem Quite a lot of steps plus handrails, for better views Nearest bar, downhill, was excellentGuest review byAnonymous - 6.0
Small and quiet place. Very new, constructions are going.
Small and quiet place. Very new, constructions are going. Would be great to have more greens around. Close to Almería, so it takes only 15-20 minutes to the downtown. It’s also 25-30 minutes from Mini Hollywood and Fort Bravo. Would like to return for the caves visit (seems there are 4-5 interesting caves around) as well as huge national park with many spots to visit.Guest review byMBCSpain - 8.0

Fab bars and restaurants, reasonably priced, friendly staff everywhere we went. Great walks, close enough to walk to Agua Amarga through the countryside - about 7km. Good location to visit the rest of Cabo de Gata. Good shops.Guest review bySarah StreeterSpain - 10.0
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village.
Las Negras is a small and unspoiled village. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and although it was predominantly Spanish speaking, communication was relatively easy. There is plenty to do around the immediate area of Las Negras with unspoilt beaches and water based activities but we also enjoyed trips to Almeria, Carboneras and Mojacar, all of which are worth seeing. We had a really lovely time.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Almeria was so unexpected we have passed through on many occasions and didn't realise what we were missing. The people of Almeria are among the friendliest I have ever met in a City or anywhere for that matter. We can not wait to return and explore as much as we can. Because of our circumstances we mainly ate in the hotel. But we did on several occasions eat out. There is a very good Asian and a very good Spanish restaurant very close by and a lovely friendly cafe across the road from the hotel. For those like fast food the 5min walk to the Mediterranean Shopping Centre would make you very happy. There is an excellent bus service to travel around the city.Guest review byPrentice
