Very clean, can’t suggest my favourites club more!! It made our whole trip, it’s well worth it so don’t hesitate. You get closer rooms to facilities, a lounge with your own liquors, wine, spirits, and softs. Which is quite useful considering the cocktails in the AI were pre-made mixers and were really disappointing. You also get a water bottle everyday in your room and a stocked mini bar at arrival, which is great since tap water isn’t for human consumption. The pools were great, buffet very varied and staff was excellent. The walk to the beach is quite steep but well worth it. With MFC you also don’t have to put deposits down for pool towels which is convenient, you get a private part to dine in at the buffet which insures you a spot. Get My Favourites Club!!

This was one od the best hotel where we ever have stayed. Our first stay at Fuerteventura and everything was perfect. We chose this hotel because of their offer of sport activity, especially road cycling which it was included. I have also tried indoor cycling and zumba and it was so fun. We have a large double room with a side sea view. The bathroom was also large with a space for cosmetics bags. Full minibar during arrival. Water automat in every block. The variety od food was amazing. Everything was delicious, everybody could choose what he likes. I think that this hotel is so amazing because of the hard working staff! We really liked naturist area with sauna! We enjoyed Silence Party! I recommend this hotel to everybody - families and couples. Beach was beautiful and clean.

What WASN'T good about this stay?! From check-in to check-out, the amazing staff made me feel like family. Constantly making me feel welcome and contributing to a much needed restful and rejuvenating stay. I even extended my trip for four days as I couldn't bear to leave I was having such an amazing time! The hotel was one of the BEST I've ever stayed at and was such good value for money. Also, don't be put off by the word 'buffet' the food was REALLY good. The pools were great and I swum almost every day and it was so wonderful to have access to a private beach. I can't wait to go back!

FAQs about hotels on Fuerteventura

Ride its Warm Wave

With streches of long, sandy beaches and a great setting for watersports, Fuerteventura has established itself as a year-round beach holiday destination.

Set across the Atlantic from Lobos Island and Lanzarote beyond, Corralejo is one of the most popular Fuerteventura resorts. Its long sand dunes are favoured by families, while offshore the waves are great for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Surfing is also great here and at El Cotillo, a fishing village around the coast.

Although Fuerteventura is the 2nd largest of the Canary Islands, its landscape is largely unspoilt, meaning that you will find most Fuerteventura hotels by the beach. But the inland towns of La Oliva and Betancuria with traditional windmills set amid undulating, volcanic scenery offer pleasant sights away from the beach. The island’s highest point is Mount Jandia, in its own natural park in the south.

At its feet is the long beach connecting Morro Jable and Jandia, while to the north Costa Calma is a relaxed resort that certainly lives up to its name. Just south of El Mattoral Airport are Costa de Antigua and Costa Caleta de Fuste, home to a castle and a good number of 5-star Fuerteventura hotels on Booking.com. On the opposite side of the airport is the capital Puerto del Rosario, starting point for ferries to the other Canaries.

We have travelled Fuerteventura a good few times but we have always stayed in Corralejo, the beaches are fab with lots of activities going on, the people are lovely and very friendly. There is an abundance of different types of restaurants, there is one called Sanus which caters for people who are coeliacs (Gluten free), you would need to book a table in advance as it gets very busy. There are lots of shops and pubs with live music in some of the pubs. If you happen to be there when the sales are on, they are very good value. You can get around Corralejo by walking, cycling or taxi if you want to venture inland. You can also visit Lanzarote for a day trip of Lobos Island, both are amazing. You can also travel to the north west of the Island where you’ll see some fabulous surfing!

This is an amazing place, but unfortunately, every year there are more and more tourists and more and more hotels here. The beaches are endless, the ocean is crystal clear. But there's almost always a wind and the temperature fluctuates. A large promenade with shops, good shopping at reasonable prices.

We were met by the rep/owner, who showed us to the apartment. It was lovely and clean, had everything for self catering. I did all our washing before we came back and it all dried very quicklly. There was a fan in the lounge and also one in the bedroom over the bed with a remote control. The bathroom had a bath with a shower, but was low enough for my husband to get in and out safely as it also had a shower mat plus a nice unit for all our personal shower stuff etc. The lounge was very comfortable with a sofa and dinning table, plus TV with lots of channels in English, some very old comedy shows, which was fun to watch. There was a nice balcony, althougth it faced the carpark, but again sitting in the sun with a parasol was nice. The apartment was nice and airy. It wasn't far from shops and supermarkets, resturants and walking distance to the beach, which had lots of seats. Definately would recommend this place and the neighbours were very helpful. I booked through Booking.com

Costa Calma is a very calming resort, with lovely views and a good variety of restaurants! Certain restaurants you do need to book, but it will be well worth it. The supermarket’s are very well stocked and the doughnuts are very popular. There is an African market twice a week with a variety of goods set in a tranquil setting amongst beautiful trees. Costa Calma is definitely a place to visit if you are in need of a relaxing break in a stress free place.

Nice, busy, authentically Canarian town. Not a resort.

Nice, busy, authentically Canarian town. Not a resort. There are ( apart from days when cruise ships come in ) few non-Spanish voices to be heard. A real place, which has little of the artificiality of resorts. As such, it would not appeal to everyone. Great shopping and lots of good restaurants. There is a large shopping mall with good shops in it. A bit hilly, however. The front is interesting and enjoyable to walk along. And everyone is friendly!

This beach is absolutely stunning—wide, long, and covered in soft, golden sand. It’s ideal for long walks, jogging, or even a refreshing run along the shore. The sand is firm enough in some areas to make running comfortable, while the open space allows for uninterrupted movement. The crystal-clear water and the clean, well-maintained environment make it a pleasure to spend time here. It’s never overcrowded, so you can fully enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The fact that it has been awarded the Blue Flag for 2024/25 speaks to its quality and cleanliness. Whether you want to relax, take in the views, or stay active, this beach offers the perfect setting. Highly recommended!

Ideal place for some warmth and sun and a good place to relax. Close to Caleta de fuste if you want to find a few more things to do such as beach, marina, shops and restuarants. Would probably suit more mature people than younger folk as there is not much to do in the actaul resort other than eat and drink, however Caleta de fuste is only a 5 minute drive away or 25 minute slow walk and that area offers more for families and younger couples/singles.

El Cotillo is a beautiful village that we have been visiting for 18 years now. It is not full of karaoke bars and English pubs as we like to experience the local culture. There are many restaurants to try out and all of good quality and reasonable prices. The locals do appreciate if you attempt to speak their language which we always do as I think it is a respectful thing to do. My only concern for this amazing village is the number of new apartments they are now building and whether the charms of the village will be overtaken by large scale tourism.
