Staff were extremely helpful to do anything. Room cleaned everyday which wasn't expected. Lovely location. Even though on the main road it was still very quiet would stay again.

The meals are also a treat very well presented by the kind and generous staff. Also rooms are amazing with a opportunity to make smal meals and a shop inside the hotel as well. The beach is outside to enjoy and watch the most amazing sunrises. This place is unique and deserves every possible recognition they can get!

Incredible value for money. Adorable service despite late check in and very early check out. Nice room with good bedding and everything needed for a confortable stay. Very good breakfast, letting you choose between 3 different options.

Stayed here on our final night in La Palma because of its location to the airport and us leaving. What a beautiful hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable. Pillows nice on the bed too. The parador is a spacious and beautiful hotel. We had pre drinks at the bar before dinner - lovely service. Dinner was excellent too and the waiters were attentive and knowledgable. Would definitely come back and stay again

The bed was comfortable, the room was big. The window looked to the wall of the another house, not to the street, so it was almost quiet. In the night was totally silent.
