The perfect place to stay in Pedraza! Cosy place, good breakfast, nice rooms, and they provide an audioguide to walk around Pedraza.

We only stayed one night while visiting Pedraza during the Noche de las velas festival and it was great. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the big house and it's garden and BBQ facilities.
Boasting lake views, Casa con Encanto Mitos provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 23 km from Plaza Mayor. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.
Surrounded by countryside and mountains, Hotel El Rancho is located in Torrecaballeros, just 10 km from Segovia. Madrid is an hour's drive away.

Fabulous pet friendly hotel. Very warm welcome and it was a joy to find the room very clean with no dog smell. My dogs are non shed and super clean so it was fabulous to be in a room which was so fresh. I loved that my room opened out into the garden so easy access for the fur babies. I got a really lovely vibe from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the delicious breakfastin the morning morning—fresh, flavorful, and made with care, it was the ideal way to start the day. The attention to detail and personalized service truly stood out, leaving a lasting impression.

Navafria is surrounded by mountainous countryside with well defined hiking routes, of various degrees of difficulty, through the National Park. It is stunningly beautiful.
I found the maps on the app Komoot worked well here but Strava did not and there was no mobile signals on the mountain trails.
The village itself is very quiet during the winter season.
There are few facilities or options for eating at bars or restaurants out of season, however. The restaurants and the largest bar open on various days and times and a degree of planning was necessary. We found a gem for affordable eating at La Estrella Bar. This bar is small but the owners serve good food and wines from a simple menu.
