All staff are genuinely super-friendly and super-professional no matter what their task. As a team they give the guests a true flavour of the enthusiasm and kindness of the original owners. Most commendable. This is wine made with love and a passionate team setting themselves high standards whist "keeping it real". Impeccable language skills too. Very commendable and enviable: wish my Spanish was half as good. Loved the location and the architecture. A very comfortable, super-clean modern room with stylish decor and dramatic views over the vineyard whether in full sunshine or with an approaching thunderstorm. Quality complimentary toiletries and a great shower. Glass lifts with internal view of the wine casks a great design idea. Several lifts available so no guest is kept waiting for very long. An informative late afternoon guided tour was on offer after check-in - so good it convinced even the most reluctant wine-drinker ; - ) The gastronomic dinner with option of accompanying wines for each course was rather special too, while there were plenty of alternative a la carte dishes on offer for those who wanted a simpler supper. A generous and tasteful breakfast buffet.

The accommodation was excellent, and Max, Filippa, and the entire team were absolutely wonderful – they took exceptional care of us! The rooms were top-notch, the pool area was beautiful, and the location was perfect for visiting various wineries in the region. The room was quite large (I think we were upgraded). While rather rustic, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and in general very quiet. The town of Laguardia is very cute. Breakfast was ok (not particularly lux but acceptable). Parking is abundant. Pool was awesome. Lots of loungers around in the grassy area.

This design hotel is in Villabuena de Álava, in the La Rioja Alavesa Wine Region. There is free WiFi, free public parking and a rooftop terrace with views of the Sierra de la Cantabria Mountains.

Situated in the old town of Languardia. The rooms were clean and hotel was nicely decorated with beautiful antique furniture. The service of the staff was exceptional.

The hotel, situated opposite the Laguardia medieval city walls, boasts fantastic views of the Ebro valley and the surrounding vineyards.

Really nice small hotel, literally everything is like 1-5 min walking distance as Laguardia is a tiny place by itself. Terri was very hospitable and pleasant to communicate with. Smooth check-in and check-out. Nothing to complain about.
