The village itself is a bit underwhelming. The bar is a typical "spanish village bar" with a good selection of vermouth. The raciones looked good, but the kitchen was closed. Very friendly. Nice hiking tours around the village are possbile.Guest review bySvenSpain - 8.0
The city was physically beautiful and fun for walking around...
The city was physically beautiful and fun for walking around. We stayed for 2 nights. However, the people working in the city were generally NOT welcoming to tourists. We talked with some local people and they said that a lot of locals do not care to be welcoming to tourists. We have been traveling all over Spain for a month (are fluent in Spanish) and this was the first place that we did not feel welcome. We recommend going to Albarracín to see the city, but don't expect a super welcoming vibe in the restaurants and shops. If you do get it, it is a bonus! Beautiful old town to wander around.
Beautiful old town to wander around. Fantastic walks in the area - we had a wonderful walk up through the woods to see the cave paintings. Only downside was that many restaurants don’t open until the weekend.Guest review byJanetUnited Kingdom
