We had a great three night stay in this cosy hotel. Good choice for people who do not like anonymous big hotels on the coast. As the hotel is situated in a village Vilafor at an altitude of 1400 meters, it is ideal for tourists intending to visit Teide national park. I recommend to book a half board because the meal is great, both breakfast and dinner. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpfull. We would definitely to stay again in this hotel.

Pools were excellent for kids to enjoy. Buffet for dinner was changed day by day. We are glad to have all inclusive plan. We could drink and eat whenever we wanted. The dinner on 31st Dec was highlighted moment. We were satisfied with that. Overall service was the best in my experience. Highly recommend. If possible, would like to come here in summer season.

Booked preferred club. Loved the extra facilities with this, breakfast, afternoon and evening snacks in the preferred club lounge and access to the preferred club terrace with the Balinese beds. Rooms were exceptional, with super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms and balcony had amazing sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great with lots of shops and bars within a short walking distance. Great choice of food options for all meals, loved the exceptional choice for breakfast and the dinner buffet.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

We had a great stay, for a great price. The hotel just opened last year and still looks brand new. It's all very clean and comfortable. VERY good food (we had breakfast & dinner), nice -heated- pool and very comfortable & spacious room. The personel is super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Luca and Baumar!! :)). We'll definitely be back.

we had breakfast only due to the fact we knew we would be out most of the day. was a very large offering at breakfast which was great. some thing for everyone. from burgers to kebab and the standards you would expect at such a hotel. Almost too full to have lunch most of the time. pools where great enough space, mind the cool Seabreeze in October, best to go to the pool when its hottest. lots of actives there as well. we had the gold room which was spacious and beds and amenities where also great. overall we found after traveling the south of Tenerife that we had made the perfect choice regarding the location. Hotel and area surrounding it where vey clean, relaxed atmosphere close to beaches, some small shops and restaurants and the Rosa mall which we very much enjoyed. easy to go to other places via hotel shuttle (it goes from hotel to Costa Adeje and has a pick up there as well) taxi or bus. will stay here again staff and management are very pro active and pleasant.

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

Great place with warm hotel stuff who were super reactive for the request. Super food which was all inclusive I mean breakfast lunch and supper with buffets of good quality and the dishes changed every single day! We really loved it. So many different pools even though the water was not fully heated as summer but still you can enjoy the sunbath on the benches.

The location is impossible to describe. One of the best places I ever slept. We got a good value as we only reserved accomodation. The pool (open until 19:00) helped us refresh after a long day hiking under the sun. The staff was extremely nice and helpful all the time.

La Caleta is much nicer than Adeje, less commercial, quieter and much more peaceful. Plenty of diverse bar and restaurants. Pleasant to walk around without the hustle and bustle of Adeje. Having said that, Adeje is within walking distance.

Hotel spotless.

Hotel spotless. All staff very friendly and go out their way to make you feel at ease. Lovely location and great access to coastal path. San Blas is great for a night out. Old Fashioned is fantastic, as is Tapas. Spoons is a welcome new addition. Everyone, everywhere is very friendly 😎

We love living and hiking in the quiet hinterland few miles North, up the hills and away from the water front in LC and LA, yet we also love swiming the ocean at the truly great playas (Camison, Duque, Las Vistas etc.) and walking the Golden Mile when it's not over-crowded. Golf fans have a decent green ready to play, one of the greenest area of Arona/Adeje. Hike to Vilaflor and Canadas, take a ferry to Gomera, go to a folk fest in the village... 10s of options open Excellent frutas y verduras, fresh fish (e.g. tra the local tuna bonito doradas etc.), quesos fresco (e.g., try those young unsalted semi-curados, requeson, greek yougurts etc.) Some shots across time https://photos.app.goo.gl/QeehuXuu7jjoBk719 https://goo.gl/photos/fwhJ12q6zSKSjTCT8 Overall great, limited only by time, imagination, energy and funds.

Nice clean room and bathroom.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Very quiet surroundings, you only hear the birds sing. Lovely view from the terrace. Big swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. Only breakfast was rather limited. In the village nearby are a few basic restaurants. We drove to Las Aguas for dinner. The place is nicer then the photos on internet.

We enjoyed visiting La Orotava especially for the wine...

We enjoyed visiting La Orotava especially for the wine tasting and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed the Botantical Gardens and parking was fairly easy in town (vs other cities in Tenerife which are more challenging). People were very friendly and helpful. The black beach was the highlight for us!!

San Juan was a great wee town, with not too many tourists.

San Juan was a great wee town, with not too many tourists. It's a quiet and peaceful area. Don't change it, the restaurants were great too. The main motorway takes you right up there, fantastic. Whale watching out of San Juan was good too.

El Medano is a spanish town with several beaches.

El Medano is a spanish town with several beaches. It has a family feel. There are strong winds on 2 of the beaches so kite surfing is very popular. There are a good variety of restaurants in all price ranges. There is a bus to Los Christianos but its a journey of at least an hour because traffic seems busy at all times. Its possible to get a bus to a stop 3 KM inland where there are a range of buses to different destinations and a faster bus to Los Christianos. I found Los Christianos and Las Americas too built up and busy but the beaches there were lovely and had all the useful facilities.

Cosy village, with some good restaurants. Ideally positioned to go to the Teide National Park. Please keep in mind it is at 1400 m, in the forestal corona, so there is often fog, might rain a bit, and fresh temperatures, so get good clothes. When you go down to the coast, or up to the Teide, the sun reappears, typical phenomenon of the Canaries, it is part of the experience !

The location is at the top of a steep hill which will test...

The location is at the top of a steep hill which will test one's driving skills (and the vehicle itself). If coming from Tenerife South airport, don't take the shortest route as that also takes you up a street where 2 cars can rarely fit. The host was excellent and offered a complementery bubbly for our birthdays - a great touch! Also offered to help with recommendations - sadly we couldn't make use of them as we had limited time and quite specific activities in mind already. All in all - can definitely recommend, if only for a night or two - be mindful of the lack of heating (there's a dehumidifier but that doesn't help as much), especially in winter (extra blanket did help a lot!).

Fantastic views, very private. Lovely Canarian feel. Pool nice size for relaxing especially if you like cool water. Host really does care to provide a great stay You will need a car. Great location to explore towns on this side of island
